The Hotel Maison Arabe is wonderful: great service, wonderful hotel in the middle of the Medina. Very nice facilities with matching furniture in Moroccan style, beautiful rooms with large marble bathrooms and a great, comfortable bed with beautiful bed linen. Old pictures and real Moroccan lamps - I was worried that the sofas were a bit old, but they were reupholstered with matching velvet fabrics. Everything is very well maintained, great service, courteous staff, a beautiful little garden with a large pool - but it was a bit too warm for me... - a fine breakfast buffet. A Moroccan dream.

When we arrived late at around 1 am after a 16 hour flight, there was no driver with a sign with my name. The travel agency screwed up the dates and we had to go thru half an hour of frustration before we could reach the travel agency and wait another 25 minutes before they sent a vehicle. I will never use Viator again with this experience.
Excellent service. Well organized. Someone was waiting at the arrival section with my name on a plaque. I would recommend if you prefer this to a regular taxi. On the way back my hotel called me a taxi and that was good too.
Flight arrived 30 minutes late and when I got through immigration the driver was no where to be found. Called the agency and they informed me that he was on his way. 10-15 minutes later he showed up, I eventually got to my hotel 30-40 minutes later than I should have. 2 days later I flew back into DXB and just took a taxi, this was seamless and cheaper with little to no waiting.
Very punctual and systematic transfer along with pleasing attitude. One can rely on their services rendered and very quick reinforcement of tasks.
