The experience was fantastic, highly recommend. The only issue we had was that this is booked as a cost per person, and we had two people that had delayed flights so werent able to join and we were not offered refunds for those two vouchers.
Dear Mrs Flynn, The flight was not delayed but canceled, so they were coming the next day, Refund of 50$ would have been possible if we knew it before your arrival at CDG airport, not last minute, we cannot change the minivan to a sedan in front of you unfortunately, no one works like that ... We hope you enjoyed your Champagne tour !
Flight was delayed by 5 hours, but the driver was watching and waited, for 5 hours, for our flight to land, customs and baggage. Very pleasant and excellent driver (Eric). Thank you!!
Fantastic service. So accommodating. I changed the time at the last minute and they were very easy to correspond with. The driver was waiting abd helped with all the bags. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend
