Stefano was very polite, efficient, and professional. He assisted with our bags, which was not an expectation, and maneuvered the busy streets of Rome to assist us in arriving safely to our hotel. The amenities listed on the website included bottled water and WiFi. Neither was available but Stefano offered us to use his hotspot to access cell service, which was much appreciated.
hello, unfortunately the driver had finished the water and he was gonna be late to pick you up if he would stop to buy more water...the wifi is always provided by the driver through a hotspot on his cell
Our driver was great and knowledgeable! The van was comfortable and fit the 6 of us perfectly with a good amount of luggage!!

Scheduling with Viator was seamless. Our pickup from the airports, hotels, and scheduled tours was WONDERFUL meaning timely, drivers were friendly and engaging. Our tour guide in Rome was extremely knowledgeable and we learned soo much history. Our dinner cruise in Paris was romantic and I didn’t want it to end 😊

We used this service for transfers four times during our stay in Rome. We had the same driver all four trips and he was consistently punctual, polite, and very informative. The price was reasonable based on comparable services. My only complaint is that the Viator write up reads like it is a roundtrip transfer which was not the case. It took many messages back and fourth with the ride service before we figured out this misunderstanding.
hello, thank you for your review , the products on viator are single products , never go and back , practicly you can book the transfer from the airport to Roma , and from Roma to the airport , but they are single services ... we are sorry for the confusion
