Bij aankomst in CDMX wachten wij op u bij de vertrekgate van uw vlucht met een bord waarop uw naam staat vermeld op de aankomsttijd. Bij vertrek vanuit het hotel halen wij u 3 uur vóór (binnenlandse vlucht) of 4 uur (internationale vlucht) op, zodat u op tijd arriveert voor uw vlucht terug naar uw vertrekpunt. Service 24/7 beschikbaar. Geef bij het maken van uw reservering aan of uw dienst aankomst of vertrek is. Houd er rekening mee dat de gereserveerde optie slechts één traject omvat: van de luchthaven naar het hotel of van het hotel naar de luchthaven. Als u het volledige traject wilt, moet u twee diensten boeken.

This seemed like a scam. The driver said he couldn't park and refused to pick me up without parking. He wanted me to follow him off property to his car. I refused to do this because as a solo woman I was scared. I wasted an hour waiting for him to not find parking. This was a terrible beginning to my trip. I would like a refund please.
