- Elke reiziger mag één standaard koffer en één persoonlijk item (rugzak of handtas) meenemen. Als u extra bagage heeft (bijvoorbeeld 2 personen met meerdere koffers), laat het ons dan van tevoren weten, zodat we een groter voertuig kunnen regelen indien nodig.
- Als u met kinderen reist, informeer ons dan vooraf na het boeken en geef hun leeftijden door, zodat we geschikte kinderzitjes of stoelverhogers kunnen regelen om een veilige en comfortabele reis te garanderen.
- Opvouwbare rolstoelen kunnen worden ondergebracht als gasten met minimale hulp aan boord van het voertuig kunnen gaan.
- Kleine huisdieren kunnen worden ondergebracht indien gehouden in een drager. Gelieve ons vooraf te informeren.

Very good communication for the few days before our arranged pick up. There was a taxi strike at the time which complicated things but all went well.
Stelios was fantastic! Gave very clear instructions on where to meet via whatsapp. Provided us a tour and pointed out cultural and historical points of interest on our way into the city with great suggestions on places to go!
