The driver was on time , friendly and helped with our bags. Car was large enough for all of us 7 people and our 8 luggage

Great overall experience. Driver was courteous and professional, and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Bottle water was provided by the driver, which was a nice and appreciated touch. The only reason for not providing 5 stars is because the driver was not waiting for us when we exited the customs area, creating some anxiety. Thankfully, he showed up a few minutes later and the rest of the experience was great.
We had an excellence experience with J & G Elegance Cars. The communication was outstanding. Our driver was professional and waiting for us when we arrived. The car was immaculate! Thank you Borys for the great service. We definitely will use this service again when we return to Barcelona. It certainly added a special touch to our visit.

Excellent customer service. Even though our flight was early - Angel was reachable by phone and arrived almost immediately. Large Mercedes Benz minivan was spotless, comfortable and accommodated all our luggage.

I booked an airport transfer for my son travelling solo for the first leg of his European holiday. Everything went smoothly. Booking process and communication was good. Would definitely recommend!
There were 7 people in our party arriving at the airport. After collecting our luggage we were looking for our driver, as there was some confusion as to where we were to meet. We finally made contact and headed for our van. The van was comfortable and was able to hold all our luggage. We were very pleased with our service!
