Zorg ervoor dat u de vereiste informatie met betrekking tot uw aankomsten invult, inclusief uw Pickup Transfer bij SJO Intl. Luchthaven Juan Santamaría en Bestemming locatie in Jacó. Informatie zoals vluchtnummer, datum, tijd en hotelnaam zijn minimaal vereist om uw luchthavenshuttlediensten uit te voeren en vertragingen of annuleringen te voorkomen. De dagtrip zullen we uw vluchtnummer monitoren via reguliere APPs om op tijd te zijn met uw pick-up. Naast Viator Chat, zullen onze communicatiemiddelen bij voorkeur WhatsApp Chat/Calls, gewone telefoongesprekken of Waze/Google Maps met u zijn. Als u reist met kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar of minder dan 1.45cms hoogte / 36KG, Hij / Zij zal het gebruik van baby autostoeltjes of boosters vereisen, vraag het dan van tevoren voor de reisdag zonder kosten voor u. Als er een stoelverhoger of babyautostoeltje voor kinderen nodig is, maar u heeft dit niet voorafgaand aan uw reis aangevraagd, kunnen we genoodzaakt zijn om de reis te vertragen of te annuleren vanwege Costa Ricaanse wetten die het gebruik ervan vereisen. We engaged Francisco for 3 separate transfers over a week. He was always punctual, very safe driver, and responsive to our questions through what’s app! Knowledgeable about the area and communicated well in English! We definitely will utilize his service again when returning to Costa Rica!!

Francisco was SO wonderful! He was very communicative from the start and knew exactly when our flight landed and was waiting for us exactly where we had agreed to meet, with a sign with my name on it and everything! Also, he had cold waters ready for us, which were welcomed after a long day of travel. Further, he had a lot of interesting fun facts about the area and Costa Rica in general - I feel like I learned SO much from him in a short amount of time. He's a very safe driver and got us to Jaco easily and without issue. He also told us about and made time to stop on the Crocodile Bridge on our way to Jaco - so cool and great way to go the extra mile. We liked him so much we booked him for our return to the airport a week later. Francisco, thanks for the safe trip, fun facts, and for being such a thoughtful and kind person! 🙏🏻

Francisco was awesome!! Our flight was delayed multiple times and ended up coming in late at night. Francisco was communicative and ensured an on-time pick up regardless. He was knowledgeable and gave us helpful and interesting information throughout the drive. He navigated the roads, dropped us off exactly where we needed to go, and did it with a smile despite the late hour. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to my transport back to the airport!!
