A transfer company you should stay away from. Dear Empire Tour Paris,(Mozio) Your airport transfer service failed to provide what we paid €82.50 for. Our flight arrived at Terminal 2 at Orly. We then waited approximately 30 minutes, repeatedly trying to reach the driver through your messaging system, which was not working. Eventually we received a WhatsApp message telling us he was at Terminal 3—the terminal where our flight had originally been scheduled to arrive according to him. The entire point of hiring an airport transfer service, instead of a taxi, is that the company tracks the actual flight and meets you where you actually arrive promptly and pleasantly. That did not happen. When I explained that we were at Terminal 2, the driver, who turned out was the owner, argued with me rather than correcting the problem. When he finally appeared, I showed him the airport arrivals board confirming that our flight had arrived at Terminal 2. He kept arguing and never apologized. Instead of bringing his vehicle to us, he then had us follow him on the long trek back to where he had parked near Terminal 3. He took one bag but left my wife to roll her own luggage. After a long morning of travel, this is exactly what is not supposed to happen when you hire a private airport transfer service. We paid to be met, assisted, and driven—not to spend half an hour trying unsuccessfully to locate our driver, argue about which terminal our plane had landed at, and then haul our luggage across Orly to where he had mistakenly parked. Your company’s response afterward was also unacceptable. You expressed regret that we cancelled our return transfer, yet you did not apologize for the failures that caused us to cancel it. A taxi into Paris would have cost €36. We paid €82.50 for a level of service we simply did not receive. Your return of 15 euro is equally insensitive and unresponsive. It acknowledges nothing. Fair warning. Stay away from this company. They fail and then argue about it.
The transfer service was great. The car is clean and quite spacious and was already waiting for me before the agreed time. More than punctual! The Thiago who was my driver was very friendly and requested. I highly recommend the service.
