Pros: - Taxi picked us up directly in front of hotel - Ride to airport was about 20-25 mins -We were dropped off at the actual airport. No additional transportation was required making this a simple and seamless process. Con: - Pick up was scheduled for 8am and the water taxi arrived about 5-10 mins late. While 5-10 mins is not excessive, it would be beneficial for customers if the driver arrived a few minutes early to allow time to locate a spot to park the boat and for luggage loading , so “pick up” can truly take place at the scheduled time.

The only way to arrive and depart from Venice! Amazing views! Quick and efficient way to travel to and from the Marco Polo airport.

Be very careful not to trust this vendor as they will ask you to wait for pickup details past the time available for you to cancel, then refuse to respond for requests for pick up time/place for airport transport. I was refused a refund even after my family and I had to find last minute airport transportation. Viator would not honor the refund request as it violated their 24 hour cancellation policy.

We were met at the pickup location by the concierge who emailed earlier to clarify the pickup location near our apartment. The taxi boat arrived on time and went directly to the airport, accomoanied by the concierge.

Fantastic service! Don’t hesitate to book this, it’s without doubt the best way to end your trip to Venice.

Tour was delayed due to arrangements of another group and them not wanting to split up. We only did a drive by of the Plaza which was a bummer. Overall good tour. Viator needs to update their website so that one can request the group remain together in one golf cart. One assumes that when you make the reservation, that you will be in one golf cart. This especially important when traveling with children or elderly parents.

No show. Had to book a separate taxi last minute when the provider was over a half hour without showing.

Prompt pickup. Smooth transport. For us this was worth the money to have an easy transport and no worry or stress.

Do not book this. I was never contacted for my pickup information and they did not respond to my attempt or Viator attempts to reach them. At the last min I had to scramble and order my own water taxi via hotel.

We needed 3 water taxis to take 15 people and luggage from our inner city center hotel on Venice island to the airport. The taxi coordinator showed up 15 minutes before our requested departure time and helped to coordinate our loading of luggage and people on the 3 water taxis. We arrived at the Marco Polo Airport on time.
