Please do not book this trip operator. They are a scam and not trustworthy. I booked this 5 weeks ahead of my trip to Rio and on the book of the my airport transfer, they never showed up. They are a scam and they wasted my time and Viator did not help as well. Viator supports and condones this fraudulent behavior and I don’t seem to understand why. What a horrible experience. If I can give it negative reviews I would.
It's nice he was friendly and got us to airport safe and on time was on time , very reliable and dependable

Actually zero stars , we should be picked up at 16:00 , which was confirmed the day before, at 16:16 I asked where the driver is, the answer : Confirmed for 16:00 , at 16:40 we took a taxi

Stay away from this company. We were stranded and almost missed our flight due to no show driver. Were denied a refund still disputing with them
They welcomed me at the airport with my name, comfortable, safe and pleasant trip to the Hotel, back on time at the hotel retreat and very attentive drivers

Long story short, we ended up taking an Uber (and losing all our money on this booking) because of the terrible communication with the vendor (several unanswered messages, saying they’ll get back to us but never responding). DO NOT RECOMMEND. My tip: Just get an Uber.
Booked the evening before and chatted through the app to confirm pick up at 4:30am. Very responsive on the app and I got confirmation for a 4:30am pick up. Got all the confirming info and in the morning the van did not arrive. When I tried to contact through the WhatsApp number they gave me it was a call center and no one responded. We had to book a taxi for 5 people and luggage. At that point we were late to get to the airport. Very stressful and disappointing.
The driver was great with his communication and punctuality! While we had a bit of a language challenge, we were able to communicate with a little help from google translator! Thank you for your kindness and help in making this a great first impression of Rio!
Driver was early, but better early than late. Arrived at airport promptly for checkin at right terminal.
