Vertrekpunt: Nadat u uw bagage hebt opgehaald, zal de chauffeur u ontmoeten in de aankomsthal buiten het klantengebied, met een vel papier met de naam van de klant. Routebeschrijving: Als u aankomt in Terminal 1, zal uw chauffeur zich bevinden bij het postkantoor. Als u aankomt in Terminal 2, zal uw chauffeur u opwachten bij het Aena-informatiepunt onder een groene paraplu. Als u aankomt in Terminal 4, zal uw chauffeur u opwachten in de aankomsthal (Bar Bareto Madrid).

Pick up booked - confirmed - no pick up. After several calls and text I get a text back that confirmation was done due to a glitch in the system. Please take a cab!

We did not take this ride, our luggage was delayed and therefore the driver had to leave. We took a cab instead.

Everything was seamless, the driver was waiting for us with a sign right outside of the arrivals hall doors. He was polite and very accommodating of our luggage. Perfect sized vehicle to accommodate a family of 4.

Manuel was our driver. He was prompt and courteous. Our plane was late arriving, but the airport expedited our group via bus straight to passport control and luggage retrieval. No worries, within expected time range agreed to in advance.

After long flight it was nice to have someone waiting for you to transfer you to your stay. We were a party of 6 and the van accommodated all our luggage’s without any problems.

Driver on time and made himself very easy to locate when arriving at airport. Nice clear big sign for communication. Friendly, helpful.
