We were left at the airport arrival area with no driver or car. The next day I received a message saying that the driver waited 1 hour for us. We were waiting also 1 hour. No calls. We had to go to the taxi station and get a taxi to the hotel. It cost less than this trip I want a full refund.
Dear Sir , Our Chauffeur waited for almost 70 Min post yours pickup time 01:25 Hrs , tried connecting but no response till 02:45 and as per standard procedure our driver left , We already informed , As per standard policy the maximum wait time is 60 Min post pickup time and if you arrive late you have to infoirm well in advance so that Extra parking and wait time can be paid .
