The company is very responsive despite my little follow-up to get the driver's name a few hours before the trip. Omar our driver was on time and professional, smiling and very pleasant, bravo to him. The trip was smooth and the vehicle very spacious for our family. Nevertheless, we noticed loud squeaking at every braking, which is, according to my knowledge of car mechanics and my profession, due to a lack or oversight of maintenance of the brake pads or discs. However, the vehicle was very new and very clean and it is a real shame to drive without being able to perform the periodic maintenance of this vehicle intended for passenger transport. I am sending this message to the company manager to avoid this type of inconvenience which can also cause major safety risks due to braking failure and not to put the lives of passengers at risk. Thank you to the company for taking my comment into account, hoping it will be useful for future clients.

I was very pleasantly surprised; our driver, Mouad, was extremely professional and cordial, and even arrived early. His driving was excellent. I highly recommend him—this was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve had with private car services, taxis, or transfers in Morocco.
