Als je eenmaal door de deur bent gegaan, zie je twee uitgangen: 1 tegenover je en 1 aan je rechterkant. Neem alstublieft degene aan uw rechterhand die u naar de aankomsthal van de luchthaven leidt. Recht tegenover u zou u het Flavors-café moeten zien Onze chauffeur wacht op je in de voorkant van Flavours cafe met een bordje met je naam erop. Excellent service, particularly as we'd left it late to book (only a couple of days before we were scheduled to arrive!). Pick up was on time and efficient. Special shout out for our return driver Andy, who was ahead of schedule and a great conversationalist. We had a really good chat about Cyprus, his family and friends so much so that he remarked "that trip only seemed like 10 minutes!" All round great service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
We had asked the very kind hotel for information and it had given me a reference price that actually corresponded with the price for the way from the airport to the hotel and we expected that rate. Once we arrived at the airport the taxi driver after asking us 30 € more also threatened us with swear words in Greek that I fortunately know because my grandmother was Greek, and put her bags back on the taxi, risking us missing the plane. If I was in Italy I would have immediately made a complaint, but I was on vacation and the plane was leaving... you just have to be ASHAMED!!!!!!!

I have been using the company for several consecutive years, and they are always on time, reasonable prices and a super good customer service! I actually had a little boring experience last year.. but I called them and their employee trusted me and we got it solved in such a nice way. The itaxi team are absolutely amazing when it comes to helping with issues. Great service of staff, and very professional and informative booking with post-sending of all info in advance of the trip. When we arrived we were called by the driver and he had followed us on the plane and was ready to meet us with a patch in the hand as soon as we had finished checking and picking up the luggage.
Very nice taxi service. Communicated good before pickup. Was already waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. Send us a message with picture showing the taxidriver and his location so we could easily find him. During the ride our driver told us a lot of interesting things about the different places we passed through. I definitely recommend this taxi service.
