GTM helped us book a week's worth of private transport from G.C. airport to Antigua, to Volcan Acatenango, to Lake Atitlan and finally back to Guatemala City. Luis was our driver and he was always on time, the van was clean, he was a very safe driver, and he was always smiling! He made our week in Guatemala feel at ease as we knew what to expect with him. At the same time, Hector was on call via WhatsApp to help confirm and answer any questions. All around top notch customer service! Highly Recommend for transportation and any other tours or activities you want to do in Guatemala.

This company is fantastic! They are easy to communicate with and they are quick to respond. We used them for transport from the airport in Guatemala city to the city of Antigua and everything went smoothly with their driver waiting for us with a clear sign bearing our name as soon as we arrived. In addition, we had an urgent need to travel back to the city at the last minute and I asked them if they could arrange a last minute transport (the night before) and they came through for us! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Safe, easy ride. Easy to find when leaving the airport to the right they’ll be standing by with a sign. East to book. Don’t forget to tip the driver, he knows how to get to Antigua and avoid traffic — because it’s never a straight shot to get somewhere in Guatemala. :-) This is safe to book. Everything was provided for as promised.

My driver met me with a sign as soon as I exited the airport, He was helpful and professional and drove me straight to my Posada and made sure I got inside safely. This was a wonderful company that responded consistently and communicated via WhatsApp
