EXCEPTIONAL experience -- Leonardo is a fantastic driver and a wonderful conversationalist. Best transfer we've had in YEARS - They were wonderful with adjusting our pickup time when the cruise line changed our boarding window. Highly recommend - wish I could rate them 6 stars. :-)

What a PERFECT experience. Luis contacted me by phone and text that he was on the way to the port. He even arrived before we were off the ship! The Chevy Suburban was perfect to fit all of our luggage and passengers. We are so thankful for Luis and his kindness. We will be using them again when we return in 2 weeks!

Worst experience ever with this tour operator. They sent my contact info to 2 drivers. I received text and phone calls from 2 different drivers. We got in the car of the 1st driver to arrive and we're on our way. Because of traffic it was almost an hour and a half drive. 30 minutes into the ride, the dispatcher from the drivers company called him. They said he picked up the wrong passengers. They sent him my contact info so not his fault. Then the dispatcher told him to turn around and take us back and pickup the other passengers. We could not turn around on the freeway and we had a flight to catch. The dispatcher threatened the driver and said turn around or don't get paid. Then they hung up. I told the driver not your fault, please take us to the airport and I will pay cash for the fare. I have called Viatar and requested a full refund.

The only call logged was from our driver, Francisco, who reported being at the pickup location since 8:00 AM and attempting to reach you multiple times. According to our records, you answered his call after 8:40 AM and informed him that you were already in another vehicle heading to the airport. We did not assign duplicate drivers to your reservation — Francisco was the only driver scheduled. Based on this information, the reservation was marked as a No Show. We understand that travel days can be stressful and regret any confusion that may have occurred. Service used to accommodate 6 with luggage. Barely and very tightly covered only 4 with luggage. Costs were based on 6 with luggage. Service was a partial scan. Driver was extremely nice and thoughtful.
Francisco was great - very smooth comfortable ride to the cruise terminal. He got us there in plenty of time too.
