Nadat uw cruiseschip is aangelegd, staat uw professionele en betrouwbare chauffeur voor u klaar bij de haven. Vervolgens kunt u relaxen in een personenwagen met airconditioning terwijl u rechtstreeks naar de luchthaven wordt gebracht. Zo eenvoudig is het!

- Geschikt voor alle condities
- Het gebruikte voertuigmerk zal variëren. Maximaal 7 personen per boeking. Het voertuig wordt toegewezen op basis van het aantal personen.
- Kinderen tot 4,99 jaar moeten een kinderzitje hebben. Selecteer dus het kinderzitje als er een kind van 0 - 4,99 jaar in uw boeking is. Geen korting voor kinderen van 5 jaar en ouder, kinderen betalen dezelfde prijs als volwassenen
- Wachttijdbeperkingen: bij aankomst Cruise wacht de bestuurder maximaal 60 minuten vanaf het moment dat de cruise is aangemeerd.
- Prijs is per persoon, gebaseerd op 7 volwassenen per auto / voertuig
- Elke reiziger mag maximaal 1 koffer en 1 handbagage meenemen. Voor te grote of te grote bagage (bijv. Surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) kunnen bepaalde beperkingen gelden. Neem contact op met de exploitant voordat u reist om te bevestigen of uw overtollige bagage acceptabel is.

Driver was on time with a comfortable vehicle and took us directly to the airport. He offered to take us on a tour of the city, but we needed to go directly to the airport.

The taxi arrived early and it was easy to spot the driver with the name board. He quickly helped getting the bags to the vehicle which he then loaded on. We were offered water at the start of the journey and we were soon at the airport. Much better than waiting in line for a cab which seemed to be full of drivers arguing who should get what customer. It is better to have someone waiting in a calm manner who offers excellent service, thank you.

The transfer was fine, chauffer was on time, nd the vehicle was nice and clean. All in all recommendable.
Very comfortable car and very friendly driver picked us up by time and drove us directly to the Dubai International Airport.
Perfect. Driver on time and waiting for us. Very satisfied.I did not know what to expect but the experience was very professional and we had no issues whatsoever. There were 4 of us traveling together.
<p>Terribly disappointed! Waited one hour before I took action and got help from the port terminal Help Desk. She called Orient Tours and someone who we had talked to forty-five minutes earlier to ask if he was from Orient Tours he said no! came within five-minutes to tell us his company would take us and accepted our paid voucher. By this time we didn't even ask about what happened to Orient Tour. We were already one hour in getting to the airport. Crazy and very poor service provided by these operators in the port of Dubai. People next to me waiting for 45 minutes finally asked to have their reservation for six cancelled and took a couple of taxis to their destination.</p>

<p>The driver was good. However, the vendor wanted to charge us an extra 41 for the bigger vehicle and trailer. I told them to make sure the vehicle would be able to accommodate us and our luggage. They sent a bus and a trailer for 5 people. I didn't ask for all that.</p>

However, we would like to advise you that it is not possible to accommodate five guests plus luggage in a standard vehicle for six passengers. The upgrade included both and we asked for the 41AED which is around 12USD to ensure that your transfer can be done and you won't miss your flight due to a wrong vehicle size being provided. We have tried to contact you on your international number as well as per mail but unfortunately didn't receive any response. <p>I was not happy that my booking was not in order when I arrive a the airport. I booked two vehicles but only one was sent. Also I was charged for cancelling the second trip even though I was within the cancellation period. I have been travelling with Viator for years in different countries such as Jamaica and Barcelona and this was my worst experience</p>
