Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Luchthaven: Uw chauffeur wacht u op in de aankomsthal met een gepersonaliseerd naambordje. Ze zullen u helpen met uw bagage en u naar het voertuig begeleiden. Na de landing is 1 uur gratis wachttijd inbegrepen. Hotels/Residenties: Uw chauffeur wacht bij de receptie van het hotel of voor het opgegeven adres (privéwoning, appartement, Airbnb, etc.). 30 minuten gratis wachttijd zijn inbegrepen. Uw chauffeur neemt vóór de ophaalbeurt telefonisch of via het berichtensysteem van Viator of TripAdvisor contact met u op, op basis van de contactgegevens die u heeft opgegeven. Je kunt ook via sms of WhatsApp communiceren als deze functie is ingeschakeld. Indien nodig kunt u rechtstreeks via Viator of TripAdvisor een bericht achterlaten. Belangrijk : Adreswijzigingen na boeking zijn niet mogelijk. Annulering: 100% van de kosten wordt in rekening gebracht indien de annulering minder dan 24 uur voor vertrek plaatsvindt. Wachtbeleid: Voor luchthavens: Als er na de landing meer dan 1 uur vrije wachttijd is, dient de chauffeur te vertrekken en wordt de transfer als voltooid beschouwd. Voor hotels/privéadressen: Na 30 minuten gratis wachttijd mag de chauffeur de ophaallocatie verlaten en wordt de service als voltooid beschouwd. Aanvullende opmerking: Als de vertraging de inbegrepen wachttijd overschrijdt, is een nieuwe boeking vereist om van de service gebruik te kunnen maken. De oorspronkelijke boeking vindt dan niet plaats. De terugreis: moet apart geboekt worden (zelfde procedure als de heenreis).
