Tours gids haalt je op van je hotel in Luxor en begint je Luxor dagtour om de Thebaanse necropolis op de westelijke oever van de Nijl te bezoeken. Ontdek de Vallei der Koningen, de begraafplaats van de New Kingdom Pharaohs (1550 - 1080 BC). Er zijn 64 graven ontdekt in de Vallei van de koningen, ze zijn allemaal in de berg gesneden. Het vroegste is van koningin Hatshepsuit, Tuthmosis I (1506-1493 v.Chr.). U kunt het graf van koning Toetanchamon bezoeken, een meerprijs is direct betaalbaar.
Bezoek de tempel van koningin Hatshepsut, gebouwd op drie terrassen en versmelt met de steile kliffen van de Thebaanse bergen. Ook op de West Bank zijn de twee Colossi van Memnon, twintig meter hoge standbeelden, de enige overblijfselen van de funeraire tempel van Amenophis III

It has been a very complete and interesting tour. With visit to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Karnak Temple and typical restaurant food on the Nile. Our guide Remon Romany, super friendly and interesting, has been explaining one by one the most interesting points of the monuments and has helped us with all the tickets. He also gave us several tips to avoid the classic problems of sales or asking for money. All the trips we did in a very comfortable minibus with air conditioning. The boy who drove, very nice too. Stops at local artisans or other shops may be included between visits, but nothing is required. In short, a great visit, highly recommended and would repeat without hesitation.
