Alan is a very well-prepared person; he is very kind and patient. I must mention that I traveled with children, and he was always attentive to explain in a way that they could understand, always including them. He is very friendly, and the tour was so natural that it felt like I had known him for years. These are the positive things that are always remembered on trips. I personally recommend him highly. Good option to have a flexible, private tour; however, our first guide canceled on us the night before. Our new guide was generous to meet us early to create an agenda last minute. We met Pau punctually at our meeting point for a 3 hour walking tour of Barcelona.
