● Een van de meest bekende toeristische bestemmingen in Korea ● In het verleden was Nami een plek voor jonge mensen die een date bezochten, en nu is het een internationale toeristische attractie geworden die buitenlanders vaak bezoeken nadat de Wintersonate in 2003 werd uitgezonden Invoering Nami Island ligt 63 kilometer van Seoul in de richting van Chuncheon en staat bekend om zijn prachtige met bomen omzoomde wegen. Het eiland ligt op 30 minuten afstand van Chuncheon en een uur rijden van de buitenwijken van Seoul. Omdat het niet ver van Seoul ligt, komen er veel stellen en gezinnen op bezoek. In het midden van het eiland ligt een grasveld van ongeveer 316.320 vierkante meter. Het beschikt over onderwijs- en opleidingsfaciliteiten en campings. Het eiland heeft ook een zwembad en watersportfaciliteiten voor motorboten en waterskiën, evenals een themapark met een draaimolen, een schietbaan en een rolschaatsbaan. Accommodatiefaciliteiten zoals resortvilla's en bungalows zijn beschikbaar voor bezoekers om op het eiland te verblijven.

Dit is Petite France, een Frans cultureel dorp op het Koreaanse platteland! Petite France dient als zowel een Frans cultureel dorp als een trainingsfaciliteit voor jongeren (Goseong Youth Training Centre), en bestaat uit 16 gebouwen in Franse stijl waar bezoekers kunnen verblijven en Frans eten, kleding en huishoudelijke cultuur kunnen ervaren.
● Kunstmatig arboretum waar je de schoonheid van de Koreaanse tuin kunt voelen ● The Garden of Morning Calm is een beroemde toeristische attractie in dit gebied, samen met Nami Island en Petite France. Invoering De tuin is de oudste privétuin in Korea. Het is een artistieke ruimte met een mooie balans tussen het Koreaanse concept van natuurlijke rondingen met asymmetrie en planten met synthetische materialen, die jaarlijks zo'n 600.000 bezoekers trekt. De tuin herbergt ongeveer 5.000 soorten planten, waaronder 300 variëteiten afkomstig uit de Baekdusan-berg, die door het Koreaanse volk bekend staat als een spirituele berg. Bloemen bloeien van maart tot november, dus in deze periode is het meestal druk in de tuin. This tour was like living a kdrama dream, must do it during spring or fall when the weather is nicer.

Mr Kim was a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide with excellent English, who was happy to provide insights into Korean culture as well as the places we visited, which we found to be very interesting. While being great company he also had many details to offer on the itinerary, especially the Garden of Morning Calm. We totally say Five Stars!

Nami island & Petite France are wonderful places , but our tour operator was one of the worst tour guides I have ever met. He wasn't ready to show or guide us in any matter. He argued with us during lunch time and after my strict action he took us to a good place for lunch. A completely lazy person with a bad attitude..

You choose where to go. Nami island, petite france and/or garden of morning calm. We didn't want to go to petite france, since we're here for the asian experience . Andy was the perfect guide: intrligrnt, knowledable, caring and attentive to your needs, stayed away when we needed to be on our own, be present when needed. Locations are beatifull for nature contact! We keave our hearts in South Korea!

We had a great time with Benny our tour guide. We like its itinerary. It does not require leave too early nor would come back too late. Benny also share the same sentiment of avoiding traffic by all means. He is well educated and professional, and always willing to help. The island is small but so well crafted. Being an Asian-American also helps to further enjoy the place since we know some of its history. End of March may not be the best season to visit a garden. But we appreciate the “Morning Calm”. Overall, we had a great time.

Mr Kwon was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very helpful and speaks good english. The lunch restaurant we stopped at had good food too. Tour guide also took great photos of us; overall good experience.
