Je gids is beschikbaar en zal ervoor zorgen dat je een goede tijd hebt tijdens deze onvergetelijke dag in een van de mooiste omgevingen in het middengebergte van de Zuidelijke Alpen. De tour zal worden verfraaid met veel stops. tien in totaal. Bij elke stop kunt u genieten van comfortabele vrije tijd. U kunt uw bezoek ook personaliseren. Als je meer tijd wilt doorbrengen bij een van de voorgestelde haltes of meer tijd wilt besteden aan je lunch en een luxer restaurant wilt kiezen, vraag je gids dan aan het begin van de tour. We stellen onze tour voor in 11 uur om u deze mogelijkheden te kunnen bieden.

Vertrek om 8:30 uur richting de Gorges du Loup. De eerste stop is bij de watervallen van Saut du Loup, gevolgd door een bezoek aan de 12e-eeuwse ruïnes van Gréolières, waar u ook de 13e-eeuwse kerk kunt bewonderen die een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht biedt.
We maken een tussenstop in Castellane om het dorp te bezoeken (Provençaalse markt op woensdag en zaterdag) en om te genieten van een lunch (niet inbegrepen) in dit typische dorp in de Haute Provence.
In de Gorges du Verdon wacht u een korte wandeling naar de oevers van de Verdon, midden in de natuur, waar u kunt wandelen en prachtige foto's kunt maken.
We vervolgen onze weg over de bergkam met zijn drie panorama's en kliffen die uitkijken over de Verdon op meer dan 800 meter hoogte, waar we vluchten en soms klimmers in indrukwekkende taferelen kunnen zien.
Kies tussen watersporten op het meer van Saint-Croix of een bezoek aan het prachtige dorp Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, een klein Provençaals dorpje met watervallen, pottenbakkerijen (al 200 jaar in Moustiers) en, voor de avontuurlijken onder ons, een bezoek aan de 11e-eeuwse kapel Notre-Dame de Beauvoir met zijn adembenemende panorama en onmiskenbare spirituele betekenis. Sinds de 11e eeuw is het namelijk gebruikelijk om de 280 treden te beklimmen om een wens te doen. tijdens het lavendelbloeiseizoen, van begin juni tot 25 juli U KUNT KIEZEN TUSSEN EEN RONDLEIDING DOOR HET DORP OF EEN RONDLEIDING DOOR EEN LAVENDELVELD.
van juni tot juli heb je het voorrecht om zo ver het oog reikt te midden van lavendel te zijn en onvergetelijke foto's te maken

Our tour was amazing. Alex was fantastic. We were picked up and dropped off at our Airbnb. We visited the gorge, a few villages, a river, and the lavender fields. It was stress free and fun. Alex provided great commentary throughout and was accommodating to everybody on the tour. We all had a fantastic time and we all agree that this trip was one of the highlights of our time in France. Also, we left a purchase in the van. Alex made an extra trip to our Airbnb the next day to bring it to us. That is above and beyond. Thanks Alex!

The drive is filled with sharp turns and narrow roads. If you get car sick, do not take this excursion. Someone in my party got sick from the ride.
Hello Katie This is why when the driver picks up the customers in the morning he asks if anyone has motion sickness, if so he shows where to sit and we also have medicine. The second thing when you book a tour to the Verdon Gorges you can imagine that the road is not the highway I'm very sorry you were not completely satisfy because of the winding roads of the Verdon gorges but in same time the winding roads is one of particularity that peoples like I so sorry again Bests regards Alexis
Alexis was a good guide. Took us everywhere. Only problem he was too fast to and from the gorges. So my kids felt like vomiting at the way the big vehicle was swaying from side to side. So if you have motion sickness he is not the driver. But for this he was really good!
Thank you Tara Yes It’s mountains roads, you was feel I drive fast but I drive at the speed limit , when you are motion sickness the seats at the back is not for them because is they swaying a lot much more than the front 😉 but next time I show you the place in my region with the roads more comfortable Many good things for you and your family Alex
A wonderful private tour with the next level guide Alex, who was very friendly, informative and a fun to talk to. Visited numerous other places besides gorge itself. Make sure that if you want to see lavender fields it’s before July 20, after that it’s all cut. The trip is slightly physically demanding but we were able to catch a little nap on the way back. worth every penny.

Ben was a fantastic tour guide. He took the time to understand how much time we wanted to spend at each stop, he did little things like getting us coffee and refilling water bottles and having little snack treats that went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our tour. We highly recommend!

We had a GREAT experience with Alex as our tour guide! He had soo much information on each of the stops that we went to and was really excited to share with us his favorites. He gave us more than enough time to explore each spot, and was always on time to pick up! Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s coming to Nice!!!!
our trip is supposed to be for 11 hours. anyway we have a flight to catch at 6pm so we said if he can drop us off at the terminal which he agreed. we asked that if we can shorten our stops so we can see all the stuff that is in itinerary. Our driver Alex keep explaining that we have no time- which doesn't make sense. If we shorten our stop we have enough time (more than enough) to see everything and still get back to the city at 6 to catch my flight. But he stick to his way. which is very frustrating. Our family is his only passengers and it stated when I booked this trip that we can adjust the time depends (if we wanted to spend more time or less time on places) I was very frustrated, i really love to see the lavenders field and Alex (the driver) said its not blooming yet- I told him even when not in bloom I would really love to see the place. Totally missed the waterfalls. I don't recommend going to this tour specially if you will get the same driver. The money you pay for this tour is way more than what you will be getting. I am very disappointed. I know i will not be using this tour group again, what a waste of money
