We brengen je ook naar het Salar Jung Museum, een schatkamer met zijn verscheidenheid aan voorwerpen en goed bewaarde exposities en het Chowmahalla Palace met zijn enorme Durbar-hal. Dit is een imposant monument dat de glorie van de Qutub Shahi-dynastie weerspiegelt. Het is een massieve vierkante structuur van 56 meter hoog en 30 meter breed. Dit monument is volledig gebouwd van graniet en kalkmortel. Het heeft totaal vier minaretten en één op elke hoek. Deze gecanneleerde minaretten zijn bevestigd aan het hoofdgebouw en stijgen naar de hemel tot een hoogte van 56m (183.72 ft) met elk een dubbel balkon. Deze grote eerbetoon aan de esthetiek ziet er van een afstand stevig en solide uit, maar naarmate je dichterbij komt, komt het naar voren als een elegant en romantisch gebouw dat zijn architecturale uitstraling in al zijn details en waardigheid verkondigt.
Het meer is verspreid over een gebied van 5,7 vierkante kilometer en een 18 meter hoog monolithisch beeld van de Gautama Boeddha werd in 1992 opgericht en stond op een eiland in het midden van het meer.
Een kunstmuseum gelegen in Darushifa op de zuidelijke oever van de Musi rivier. Het heeft een collectie sculpturen, schilderijen, houtsnijwerk, textiel, manuscripten, keramiek, metalen artefacten, tapijten, klokken en meubels uit Japan, China, Birma, Nepal, India, Perzië, Egypte, Europa en Noord-Amerika. Het Salarjung Museum is het op twee na grootste museum in India met de grootste eenmans Collecties antiek ter wereld. Het is in heel India bekend om zijn gewaardeerde Collecties die behoren tot verschillende beschavingen die teruggaan tot de 1e eeuw. Voormalig premier van de zevende Nizam van Hyderabad besteedde een aanzienlijk deel van zijn inkomen in vijfendertig jaar om deze kostbare collectie te maken als zijn levenspassie. Oldtimers geloven dat de huidige collectie slechts de helft uitmaakt van de oorspronkelijke kunst rijkdom verzameld door Salar Jung III. Gesloten op vrijdag.
Ooit beschouwd als het centrum van Hyderabad. Het prachtige Chowmahalla Paleis was de zetel van de Asaf Jahi dynastie waar de Nizams hun officiële gasten en koninklijke bezoekers vermaakten. Chowmahalla is meer dan 200 jaar geleden gebouwd en staat bekend om zijn unieke stijl en elegantie. Een synthese van vele bouwstijlen en invloeden, het paleiscomplex is zorgvuldig gerestaureerd. Het paleiscomplex omvat een paar binnenplaatsen, een klokkentoren, een raadzaal en een sierlijke en uitgestrekte Darbarzaal waar vroeger meer dan 7.000 bezoekers konden verblijven. Gesloten op vrijdag.
De oudste en grootste moskee in de stad. Muhammed Quli Qutub Shah begon het in 1617 te bouwen onder toezicht van Mir Faizullah Baig en Rangiah Choudhary. Mughal-keizer Aurangzeb voltooide de constructie in 1694. Het duurde 77 jaar om op te komen als het magnifieke bouwwerk dat we vandaag zien.

Great for seeing the most interesting places in hyderabad with experienced guide . He knows many information of the history of the area
Samson was the best guide we have experienced all trip. Very knowledgeable of social and natural history, easy to understand and get along with. He answered numerous questions and gave good recommendations. The tour itself was fantastic, we saw the tombs, fort, and Charminar and then drove around the city during a festival.
Very organized tour. Operators were flexible to my needs. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable. Sites in HYD are well maintained and nice to visit.
The tour guide Venkatesh was excellent. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and great company. I had an amazing time as he showed the city and explained everything very well plus had very good discussions regarding the town in general. The tour is highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back and taking the tour again with family.

Venkat was a great guide for this tour of the center of Hyderabad. The Charminar is definitely worth the visit...at street level and up a level. There is great shopping for laquer bangles in the same area. The Mekka Masjid is also interesting. The Chomohalla is a real highlight of the tour. Especially the coronation hall. The Salar Jan museum was crowded and really only had a couple of outstanding items for those who have traveled to other city museums. Make sure to see Veiled Rebecca. We had wonderful biryani at Paradise and a little more shopping that Venkat and our driver, Saleem, seemed happy to accommodate.

Not really a wothy tour. Even though we had a great guide, the city is crowded with huge traffic. No water provided as per itinarary. Place are not really attractions except salar jung museum.
Hyderabad is the capital of southern India's Telangana state. A major center for the technology industry, it's home to many upscale restaurants and shops. Its historic sites include Golconda Fort, a former diamond-trading center that was once the Qutb Shahi dynastic capital. The Charminar, a 16th-century mosque whose 4 arches support towering minarets, is an old city landmark near the long-standing Laad Bazaar.
