We halen je op van je adres in Praag en rijden je in onze nieuwe moderne minibus met gratis WiFi voor 2 uur naar het Saksisch Zwitserland Nationaal Park.
De Bastei-brug en de Neurathen bieden de mooiste uitzichten op de Elbe-kloof, de diepste zandstenen kloof in heel Europa, omringd door de wilde Duitse natuur, zijn alleen uniek voor dit gebied.
De meest populaire bezienswaardigheid in het NP van Saksisch Zwitserland is de Bastei-brug in Duitsland. De rotsformatie Bastei heeft veel uitzichtpunten over de Elbe-kloof op de rechteroever van de rivier de Elbe. Je kunt over de beroemde zandstenen brug lopen die Bastei met elkaar verbindt en ruïnes van het oude rotskasteel Neurathen verkennen.
Ga door het Saksische land naar de stad Dresden, bekend om zijn verbluffend herbouwde architectuur en moderne cultuurgeschiedenis. Na een heerlijke lunch in een lokaal restaurant, ontdek deze rijke stad met middeleeuwse fundamenten en populair als kuuroord en koninklijk toevluchtsoord. Bezoek enkele van zijn historische monumenten zoals het Koninklijk Paleis, de Zwinger Old Master Gallery om meesterwerken te zien, waaronder de ‘Sistine Madonna’ van Raphael; bewonder de koepelvormige Frauenkirche (kerk van de Maagd Maria). Geniet van de middag gratis om deze schitterende stad op uw gemak verder te verkennen. Houd er rekening mee dat de galerij gesloten is tot 28 februari en u in plaats daarvan Royal Palace bezoekt. Bezoek enkele van zijn historische monumenten zoals het Koninklijk Paleis, dat ooit het machtscentrum was voor de Saksische prinsen en koningen. Voor het eerst genoemd in de 14e eeuw als een kasteelcomplex, werd de viervleugelige paleisstructuur ontwikkeld in de 15e eeuw.

This tour was outstanding! Lots of hiking and I’m not a hiker. It felt pretty strenuous on a hot day. But our guide, Warren, was patient and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew all the details about where we were hiking and took us to the best photo stops. He also paced the group to appeal to both athletic teenagers and a slow poke like me. In addition Warren shared historical and cultural facts about the places we visited and traveled through. If you like to be active, this tour is a must do!

Ondrej was one of the most amazing tourist guide I ever had. Been coming to Europe on tours and he is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced I ever had! We went during winter and he was ready to spike our shoes so we dont slid! It was an awesome experience! Both Dresden and Saxon experience are highly recommended

We had the best journey through history today with Warren. He shared so much of the history from Saxon kings all way through world war, and up to current times. . Made the day very interesting.
