Beschrijving
Armenië is een oud, divers en verbazingwekkend mooi land. We probeerden de meest interessante plekken te combineren in één route. U ziet het oude klooster van Noravank, waardeert de Shaki waterval en rijdt over een bergrivier met een kabelbaan. Bezoek ook de grottenstad Old Khndzoresk, waar toeristen zelden komen, en vele andere bezienswaardigheden.

Een eeuwenoud kloostercomplex, schilderachtig gelegen tegen de achtergrond van steile rode kliffen. U bewondert de landschappen van Mars, bezoekt de kerk van de Heilige Moeder Gods en ziet het graf van de Orbeliaanse prinsen.
Areni - 1 Cave - we zullen u vertellen wanneer IT werd ontdekt en welke waardevolle artefacten van de oude beschaving in IT werden gevonden.
Je zult genieten van de lokale fantastische natuur en de legende horen over het meisje Shaki dat ontsnapte uit gevangenschap. p.s. houd er rekening mee dat de waterval niet wokt tijdens de winter
De langste personenkabelbaan van het slingertype ter wereld. IT gaat over de kloof van de turbulente bergrivier Vorotan en verbindt het dorp Halidzor met het Tatev-klooster. Als u wilt, kunt u IT rijden en kijken naar Armenië vanaf een hoogte van 300 meter.
Een historisch monument uit de 9e eeuw, een van de oudste en beroemdste kloostercomplexen in Armenië, een parel van Armeense architectuur.
160 meter lang en 1,5 meter breed. IT is de moeite waard om naar beneden te kijken - de hoogte beneemt je de adem! Halverwege stoppen we en genieten van de pittoreske kloof.
We wandelen rond in de oude rotsnederzetting, waar ooit 15 duizend mensen woonden. We bekijken zowel natuurlijke als door de mens gemaakte kloven en grotten.

Long day but well worth it if you want to see all the sights of southern Armenia in one day. Sos, our driver, was excellent. He was punctual, friendly and safe. He made an effort to communicate in English. We would highly recommend him.

Overall it is very nice experience with a lot of things to do and to see during the trip. Thx to our guide Vazgen we visited also a bonus point on the back way to Yerevan.
