De belangrijkste attracties van deze prachtige natuurlijke kalkstenen grot zijn Temple Cave, Dark Cave, Cave Villa en Ramayana Cave. De belangrijkste grot is toegankelijk via 272 treden. Er staat een Lord Meguga-standbeeld van 42,7 meter hoog in deze prachtige grot die je niet mag missen om te bezoeken. Selayang Hot Spring is een van de dichtstbijzijnde warmwaterbronnen van Kuala Lumpur en is populair bij de lokale bevolking. Volgens de lokale bevolking is dit bronwater in staat om hen te genezen van huidziekten en andere kwalen. Templer Park in Rawang is een andere attractie in KL stad die je niet mag missen. Een bezoek aan een waterval, vooral op een hete, zwoele dag, is misschien wel het beste deel van je dag!

Je tour begint met ophalen in de lobby van je hotel op het door jou gekozen tijdstip 9 uur of 14 uur. Ontspan op de korte rit naar je eerste bestemming, Batu Caves. Deze kalksteengrotten zijn 400 miljoen jaar oud. Het gaat niet alleen om de 272 treden en de Hindoetempels in Temple Cave, het is ook een donkere grot waar bezoekers het fascinerende grotecosysteem kunnen verkennen. 'S Werelds hoogste Lord Muruga-beeld met de hoogte van 42,7 m (130 voet hoog) bevindt zich hier. De tweede bestemming is Selayang Hot Spring of de lokale naam "Kolam Air Panas". Het is een zeer populaire plaats onder de lokale bevolking. Er wordt aangenomen dat het minerale gehalte van de hete lente helpt bij het genezingsproces. Er zijn in totaal vier zwembaden. Elk met een verschillende mate van warmte. Drie ervan zijn groot en een kleine ondiepe veer met een diameter zo klein als een kleine put. Het is een perfecte tijdvuller op een zonnige dag!
Templer Park ligt ongeveer 6 km van Rawang en 22 km van Kuala Lumpur. Het werd genoemd ter ere van Sir Gerald Templer, een Britse hoge commissaris in Malaya. Dit bosreservaat bestaat uit meerlagige watervallen. Het heeft ook faciliteiten voor bijvoorbeeld picknickplaatsen, visplekken, parkeerplaatsen, openbare toiletten en kraampjes. Dieren in het wild kunnen worden opgemerkt, zoals Park Monkey, hack-koekoek, kuif-slang Eagle, Emerald duif, specht en verschillende soorten padden zijn te vinden. Als u van natuur houdt, is dit de beste plek voor u om rond te hangen, want het staat bekend om zijn groene omgeving, zwembad, waterval en frisse en koele lucht. This private tour to Batu Caves, Selayang Hot Springs, and Templer Park Waterfalls was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Our guide was punctual, friendly, and full of interesting insights that made the day so much more engaging. The private transport was clean, comfortable, and always cool with the aircon running, which was much appreciated in the heat. The Batu Caves were incredible to explore, and climbing the 272 steps to the stunning views at the top was well worth it. The hot springs offered a unique, relaxing break, and the waterfalls at Templer Park were the perfect spot to unwind and soak in nature. Each stop felt well-paced, giving us plenty of time to enjoy without feeling rushed. Overall, this tour was well-organised and made exploring these highlights stress-free and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Our tour guide Ayyanar picked us up exactly on time. Ayyanar was extremely helpful. His English is excellent and he told us many things which made our trip really interesting. He made sure to park as close as he could to the sights so we didn’t have to walk too far in the heat. He always had the aircon running in his beautifully clean car and nothing was too much trouble. We learned an awful lot. If you I considering a trip whilst in KL, I highly suggest you ask for Ayyanar.
