I made a mistake and booked for the wrong date, they did everything and I mean everything to accommodate my tour and make it possible. They even returned the the non refundable ticket fees and found a private excellent guide on the same date!!
We didn't go! We booked two days before the visit. We were called that the booking was cancelled. The reason was that there were no other people fore the audio tour. There had to be eight people. They didn't tell us that before. We were called and got mails with different persons. We missed our trip and were very dissapointed. We called and mailed back. But we could't go anymore. The next possibility was the day after we went back home. So we didn't see the Real Alcaraz....We tried to get our money back. We were send to different tourist informations. We lost half a day of our visit in Sevilla. We advice you not to book with this compagny. Book at the official website of Real Alcaraz!!!!!
