Onze instructeurs spreken allemaal uitstekend Engels en, naast het verbeteren van je vaardigheden, zullen ze de belangrijke informatie die je nodig hebt weten, zoals welke liften open zijn, waar je de wachtrijen kunt vermijden, de weervooruitzichten en cruciaal, wie de beste koffie serveert.

Thank you again for providing us with the private ski instructor Jan while we were visiting Zermatt. We had the absolute pleasure of having him for four days with our children, aged 9 and 7, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Jan is everything you could hope for in an instructor—knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly kind. From the very beginning, he made both kids feel completely comfortable and confident, while still challenging them in all the right ways to improve their skills. His ability to strike that balance is so special and not easy to find. Beyond his excellent instruction, Jan went above and beyond for our entire family. He helped us navigate the mountain seamlessly, assisted with carrying skis, and made each day feel effortless and enjoyable. He was always punctual, professional, and an absolute delight to be around. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared—not just about teaching, but about making the entire experience memorable for our family. Our kids adored him, and so did we. We wanted to let you know that we feel incredibly lucky to have had Jan as our instructor and would recommend him wholeheartedly. He is truly phenomenal and we hope to have his help again next time we visit. Thank you again.
One of the best experiences of my life!! My instructor Bruno was just wonderful was by my side the whole time always resolving all my doubts and although there were times when some lift workers treated us really badly he was always friendly and I look for a quick solution to any unforeseen!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience in Zermatt with Bruno, our snowboard instructor. He taught our two boys, aged 10 and 12, and we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Bruno is incredibly professional, patient, and truly gifted at working with children. Our boys were beginners when they started, but after just two days of lessons, they made unbelievable progress. Not only were they confidently riding the slopes, they were also practicing tricks in the fun park. He made the lessons fun, motivating, and engaging, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety. The boys absolutely loved him and enjoyed every lesson. We felt completely comfortable and confident leaving them in his care. We highly recommend Bruno to anyone looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and child-friendly snowboard instructor. He truly made their first snowboarding experience unforgettable!
