Deze activiteit is een geweldige ervaring voor mensen van alle leeftijden. Bij Crystal River Manatee Adventures doen we ons uiterste best om er een unieke reis van te maken. De dag begint met gratis parkeren bij onze winkel en daarna zorgen we voor vervoer naar de boot, op slechts een klein eindje rijden. We maken dan een ritje naar de Golf van Mexico en vinden een plek waar we denken dat we veel Sint-Jakobsschelpen zullen vinden! Bij de reis is alle uitrusting (masker, snorkel en vinnen) inbegrepen. We hebben ook een koelbox gevuld met water en ijs op de boot, die u kunt gebruiken voor het meebrengen van eten en drinken. We bieden ook een watergids voor de reis om u te helpen bij het verzamelen van uw dagelijkse limiet aan sint-jakobsschelpen. Nadat onze tijd in de Golf is verstreken, keren we terug naar King's Bay, waar we je de kans geven om in een van onze prachtige bronnen te springen om rond te zwemmen en uit te checken voordat we terugkeren naar de kade.

We had an amazing trip today with myself and two kids seven and 12 years old. The captain was so knowledgeable he took us at the right time to the right place and that’s what important for scalloping. We had so much fun and full bucket of scallops thank you guys very much and we will come back.
This was our second scalloping season with Captain Todd and we had such a great time with him and his wife! We will absolutely be back next year for season again, they know great spots to find more scallops than we could even eat.
Captain Todd and Heidi were amazing! It was such a fun afternoon and got so many scallops. The boat was amazing and had lots of space for all the stuff we brought. Definitely will be booking with them again.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about Captain Todd and Leah! BEST scalloping ever and we’ve gone several times with other tours and friends…..hands down this was the best experience ever. We had a blast ! Todd and Leah were a lot of fun and great guides. We’d highly recommend this if you’re here during scallop season. Relaxing and laid back AND got to enjoy a lot of fresh scallops we just caught - cooked by a local restaurant. Personable, informative and fun. We will be back !
Incredible experience. Captain Todd and Heidi are true professionals: so easy going, safe, and experts at coaching first-timers ( including kids) through scalloping. Can’t wait to get back out here next year!!
We booked 2 boats with captain Todd and his wife today and had a fantastic time. He knows the water well, which is super important you find someone who does bc we have seen several spots where boats hit the shallow rocks! Todd’s wife Heidi is a fantastic scalloper and their Boat is amazing and smooth! They made us feel comfortable, watched out for us and our kids and were fantastic company. Checking out this side of the Gulf was awesome. The guides were super friendly and helpful getting us ready to collect scallops.
Todd communicated clearly and was a great captain and Leah did a great job of making sure we didn’t walk away until handed. It was a beautiful day and a great trip.
