Privé sightseeing van een halve dag in Madrid

Juan Manuel our driver was very informative and accommodating. I was traveling with my 80 year old mom and this was the best way for her to see Madrid for the first time.

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Pelayo, was extremely knowledgeable, prepared and pleasant! He arrived early with map in hand… a must do!!

The tour was a wonderful way to orient to Madrid. Our tour director, was born in Madrid and knew the history of Madrid and wove it into our tour. Due to the weather, we chose not to walk around a lot, he revised his tour to accommodate for us and give us a few added views. This is well worth your time, for sure.

This was such a fun day! Antonio was absolutely incredible with his knowledge of Madrid, I was able to see the major points of interest in Madrid, very comfortable and at my own pace. Antonio gave me lots of recommendations on places that are worth exploring. Really great experience.

This tour was a great introduction to Madrid. Antonio showed us so many beautiful sights, gave us many photo stops and provided us with tips for meals and entertainment. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Well organize tour. Excellent driver. His English was good and he gave us good information about the city and the sights. Also, He gave us ample time to look around whenever we wanted to stop.

Juan Carlos was wonderful, very polite and accommodating. He has excellent English. I would give 5 stars but I believe he probably needs to learn a bit more of the history because there were a few questions he couldn't answer.

We barely had one day in Madrid and this was a wonderful tour to get to see the city. Our guide Manuel was a great and very informative host. Definitely recommend this tour.

If you have a short period of time and would like to get a good glimpse of this city - this is the way to go! We purposely had a 10h connection and we booked a half day sightseeing tour. The driver was on time and picked us up with a nice and well maintained car. His English wasn’t great but he was nice to talk to. He took us to the main places but I wish we could have planned it better so that we could spend more time at Plaza Mayor/Mercado area.

Had a 4 hour tour of Madrid with Carlos. I was accompanied by my wife and 6 year old child. Carlos totally tailored the trip to our needs and accommodated the interests of our child as well. Carlos is of Colombian origin and spoke English well. His day job is a taxi driver and he took us around in his taxi, which was clean (with water and candy provided). And being in a taxi also helped to beat the traffic in some places as he could take the bus/taxi lanes. My advise to the tour company is to provide the customers with an online checklist with a brief description of the must see places in Madrid beforehand so that they can do their research and inform the guide/driver at the time of the tour of the places they wish to visit. This can also ensure that the information on the places visited is not dependent only on the knowledge (or lack of) of the guide. Also please note that this 4 hour tour cost us $235 for the 3 of us and therefore does not come cheap as it did not include entry into any museums or special venues (which we didn’t want either). I think more can be done to make this trip much better value for money. Despite the above observations I choose to give the tour a 5 star rating only because of our tour guide/driver, Carlos. Also the tour company was very responsive to all my queries in advance and I rate them high on that account. As otherwise I would raise this your 3 stars out of 5.
