Tijdens deze tour dompel je jezelf onder in de kunst van Iaido en de geest van de samoerai in een authentieke Japanse omgeving – een serene tuin grenzend aan een historische samoeraiwoning. Onder leiding van een meester Sensei train je met antieke zwaarden en verdiep je je begrip van traditionele zwaardvechtkunst terwijl je betekenisvolle verbindingen opbouwt met de Sensei en zijn gemeenschap. De tuin, met uitzicht op een tempelklok en de omliggende buurt, biedt een rustige achtergrond voor deze unieke ervaring, met als hoogtepunt een wandeling naar de nabijgelegen Meguro Fudoson tempel, gewijd aan Fudomyooh, de godheid van zuivering en verlangen. In de traditionele snijsessies van Japanse vechtsporten zoals "Battodo" en "Iaido", wordt een Replica zwaard gebruikt om de urethaanstaaf te snijden in plaats van echte KATANA. U zult een snijmethode ervaren die "Kesagiri" wordt genoemd, waarbij u diagonale schuine strepen onder een hoek van 45 graden uitvoert. Ons gekwalificeerd personeel zorgt ervoor dat alle deelnemers een veilige ervaring hebben.

Authentic, interactive, exciting, fun. We got to go into the Master’s home and be taught how to use authentic weapons.

We had a wonderful Samurai sword experience at a Master’s own home. We used authentic swords, in traditional Japanese kimonos, under his expert supervision. It really was a ‘wow’ memory for us. We then enjoyed a superb lunch complemented by a selection of sake. The afternoon was contrasting a tranquil visit to a Japanese garden followed by the busy streets of Shinjuku including Godzilla then the 3D cat. Unforgettable Samurai Experience! Training under a real samurai master was absolutely incredible—transformative, humbling, and deeply moving. In just a few hours, we felt like we truly stepped into the world of the samurai. The traditional house tour and tea ceremony added such authenticity and depth.
