Een kustplaatsje aan de Ligurische Rivièra, dat een icoon is geworden van elegantie en goed Italiaans leven. "Een klein dorp dat zich als een boog van de maan rond dit kalme bassin uitspreidt" Guy de Maupassant.
Abdij die teruggaat tot 1000AD. en gerestaureerd en opengesteld voor het publiek door de FAI. San Fruttuoso is een magische plek midden in de natuur, alleen bereikbaar vanaf de zee of via de paden van het Portofino-park.
Een waar hoekje van het paradijs. Het is een tong van puddingsteen, waarvan de punt uitsteekt in de zee vanaf de Portofino-kaap, het Portofino-park en het Maria Protetta-gebied. Ooit het centrum van visserijactiviteiten, is het nu een plaats waar de visserijtraditie wordt versterkt en verspreid via restaurants en het visserijmuseum. Sinds de oudheid (en nog steeds) is de tonnara van Camogli verlaagd tot 400 meter van Punta Chiappa, in de richting van Camogli.
Typisch kustplaatsje dat bekend staat om zijn kleurrijke gebouwen langs de kust. Het wordt ook wel de stad van de duizend witte zeilschepen genoemd.

This boat tour was the highlight of our trip! Luca was terrific; so friendly, easy to talk to, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the boat, the area, the waters, and the right way to provide an impeccable level of service. The boat itself was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Timing on everything was perfect. I absolutely loved everything about our day on the water with Luca!!

Not only was he the organizer, but also a wonderful guide who shared many fascinating historical facts along the way. When my family decided to take a private boat tour in Portofino, we didn’t realize just how spectacular this experience would be. We initially had another boat reserved but decided to upgrade and they were able to do it with ease and 0 stress. As soon as we arrived to the marina, Bianca greeted us and walked us to the boat. Both Bianca and the Captain Tulio were very attentive and accommodating. They had some amazing focaccia and fruits as well as a Magnum Ferrari Sparkling Wine on the boat. While cruising along the coast, Bianca gave us the history some of the villas and neighboring towns. We jumped in the water and they provided us with some floats and we also had the option of paddle boarding. This was an excellent decision to add it to our itinerary and would 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking to do a boat tour. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
My husband and I had a fantastic day together. We were allowed to take our dog to drill. This has been discussed in advance when booking. Truly an unforgettable day. There were some problems with the delivery for lunch. Alternatively, Bianca provided us with lunch on a rock at a restaurant which was really fantastic. We had a really lovely time and everything was possible nothing was too much to ask. Truly an unforgettable day.
We had the best boat day with Bianca and Marco! They took us all along the most beautiful Portofino coastal villages and stopping along the way for us to swim, play and explore. The highlight of our trip was Bianca making our lunch reservation in San Frantusso. Our table was positioned right on the brick wall allowing us to view the old convent and watch young children jump off the rocks. Bianca and Marco made sure our day was the very best. We so appreciated all their details and stories. They took time to explain the history as well as personal stories to help us understand the culture. The boat was beautiful and allowed us to utilize all the water toys and explore all the scenery above and below the water. This was the best part of our vacation! Thank you so much!
Our family of eight had an incredible day with Luxury Charter Portofino while visiting on our Celebrity cruise. Everything about the experience was smooth, relaxing, and so much fun. Booking was super easy—Bianca was friendly, quick to respond to all my questions (even ones not related to the boat trip), and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. On the day of the tour, pickup was right at the tender port—literally about 25 feet from where the cruise dropped us off. Couldn’t have been easier. We spent eight hours cruising around Portofino, stopping to swim in gorgeous spots, visiting a few little villages, and just soaking in the beauty of the coast. Captain Luca was great—calm, knowledgeable, and made us all feel completely taken care of. Lunch was out of this world—all fresh seafood, and they even had great options for the one person in our group who doesn’t eat fish. And the gelato stop? Total win. What made the day really special, though, was how personal it felt. Bianca and Luca treated us like family—not just guests. We never felt rushed, and the whole day had this relaxed, joyful vibe that we’ll always remember. If you’re anywhere near Portofino and want to see the area from the water, this is 100% the way to do it. Worth every penny!
