Om vanaf het begin een vlotte en plezierige ervaring te garanderen, omvatten onze excursies duidelijke en flexibele ophaalregelingen. Afhankelijk van de gekozen optie kunnen reizigers direct vanaf hun accommodatie worden opgehaald (Pension, vakantiehuis, cruisehaven, enz.). of op een gemakkelijk bereikbaar centraal ontmoetingspunt. De ophaallocaties en -tijden worden vooraf per e-mail of bericht bevestigd, samen met een kaart en de contactgegevens van ons team ter plaatse. Ik zorg voor een stipt ophaalservice in comfortabele, van airconditioning voorziene voertuigen, aangepast aan de grootte van de groep. Voor en tijdens de excursie is er assistentie beschikbaar in geval van vertraging, wijziging of speciale behoeften (kinderen, beperkte mobiliteit, bagage, enz.). Voor privé- of op maat gemaakte excursies kunnen vertrektijden en -locaties worden aangepast aan de wensen van de klant. Alles wordt in het werk gesteld om ervoor te zorgen dat elke reiziger zich vanaf het allereerste moment van de excursie in alle rust en geborgenheid verzorgd voelt.

We had an absolutely wonderful tour with Omar touring Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, and Cassis. Our driver was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. As a thoughtful surprise, he even brought us fresh pastries and bottled water, which was such a nice touch and made us feel truly welcomed.
We had Zack as our driver. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. He got us some water and treats in Aix Provence. He took his time to explain the areas and we never felt rushed. One of the best experiences I have had with a driver in my travels.

Omar started our day by taking us to lavender fields. From the lavender fields we drove to Aix de Province where he allowed us time to do some shopping at the market and have a drink. We then proceeded to the most beautiful view of Cassis from above. Omar was very friendly and knowledgeable of this area and was willing to accommodate our all our wishes. Omar was truly top notch! We love getting to know our guides, their home towns and the surrounding areas through their experiences! He picked us up at our hotel and helped us later with finding a laundromat for doing clothes 10 days into a 14 day trip! Took pictures of everyone at all overlook and site locations and hung back to allow exploring as well. He reached out via text chat to confirm everything in advance and to offer any additional help needed. Had waters and fresh Madeleines for us in Provence, dropped us at the door in Marseille for the UPHILL Notre Dame, etc, etc….All of this, a Eight & 1/2 hour tour and a two week old baby at home(adorable baby pics were shared as well) so don’t skip this adventure! Request Omar and truly enjoy your day along with Cassis and Provence!
