**Reykjanes Peninsula Tour** Verken de rauwe en krachtige landschappen van het schiereiland Reykjanes, waar het vulkanische hart van IJsland nog leeft. Tijdens deze privétour bezoeken we de nieuwste lavavelden van de recente uitbarstingen, het kleurrijke geothermische gebied Seltún, het vulkanische meer Kleifarvatn, het groene meer Grænavatn, de stad Grindavík en het wereldberoemde Blue Lagoon-gebied. Dit is een reis door verse lava, dampende aarde, vulkanische meren en dramatische kustlandschappen — een perfecte introductie tot het vuurelement van IJsland, weg van het gebruikelijke toeristische ritme.

Tijdens deze privétour van 5 uur vanaf uw locatie, wordt u begeleid door de geothermische activiteit en vulkanologie van de regio, inclusief Seltun en Gunnuhver. Elisabete was a phenomenal guide providing just enough details on the science around the volcanic activity, the history of the peninsula and the culture of the area. We were fortunate to arrive during the November ‘24 eruption, and she was able to find a location safe for viewing. She also was able to expose us to some local charm with a visit to a bakery for some authentic Icelandic pastries. She was very very engaging and shaped our tour around our preferences. My group has scheduled a few tours with Elisabete for this visit.

I found Elizabeth an outstanding and trustworthy guide. She took me to esoteric places not known to tourists like warm springs on the beach, pristine lakes, hiking trails and lava fields. She's all about holistic health and thus her tour had an eye on spiritual resorts that she herself attended in the past. She's a pleasant, super friendly person. I was very comfortable throughout our tour and enjoyed many moments with her in silence and all the time awed by Icelandic beauty. She's such a good listener.
