De Ancient City is een setting waar je het verleden van de Siames levendig kunt zien. De attractie wil graag het maken achter de Ancient stad zelf delen. Waar elk grammetje hard werk en toewijding werd gestoken om ervoor te zorgen dat de Thaise cultuur voortleeft. Het Erawan Museum was bedoeld om te dienen als een showcase van de geest van Azië, waar de essentie van kunst en 4 grote religies bewaard zijn gebleven om Aziatische mensen bekend te maken Erawan's naam betekent regen, regenwolk, regenboog. Dit wordt weerspiegeld in de mythe dat Indra op de Erawan-olifant zou rijden en regen op de aarde zou schenken. Het Erawan Museum is onderverdeeld in 3 niveaus, namelijk de onderwereld, de menselijke aarde en de hemel. Het derde deel van het laagste niveau van het museum of de ondergrondse heet Suvarnabhumi en het tweede niveau is de menselijke aarde, terwijl het derde niveau in het lichaam van de olifant de hemel is.

Het Erawan Museum staat bekend om zijn gigantische driekoppige olifantenkunstsculptuur als buitenkant. Dit is het eerste en grootste handgesneden beeld ter wereld. Het wordt beschouwd als een belangrijke toeristische attractie en een heilig heiligdom voor veel gelovigen. Deze tour niet voor Thai Nationaliteit. De Oude Stad of Muang Boran is een enorm openluchtmuseum in de vorm van Thailand waar je veel belangrijke gebouwen kunt zien zoals tempels, paleizen en de ruïnes van oude steden uit de geschiedenis van Thailand van de vroege geschiedenis tot heden. De gebouwen zijn replica’s van de originelen verkleind tot ongeveer een derde van het origineel, sommige gebouwen zijn echter het origineel dat werd afgebroken en weer opgebouwd in de oude stad Muang Boran. In het uitgestrekte park gelegen in Samut Prakan op zo’n 30 kilometer van Bangkok kun je de Thaise geschiedenis en cultuur volgen uit de verschillende rijken en koninkrijken die hier bestonden, zoals Lanna, Sukhothai, Ayutthaya en Rattanakosin. If you have any interest in Thai history and culture, this private tour with is an absolute must. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish, and our guide Lili deserves every bit of praise I can offer. Lili was the perfect blend of warm and professional. Her depth of knowledge about Thai history and culture brought every site to life in a way that no guidebook ever could. She was genuinely engaging, took time to answer our questions thoughtfully, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. One thing that really stood out: Lili went above and beyond to capture the experience for us, taking plenty of photos throughout the tour so we could be fully present in the moment rather than worrying about getting the shots ourselves. Such a thoughtful touch. Practical logistics were also handled beautifully. Knowing how unpredictable Bangkok traffic can be, Lili built ample time into our schedule so we could depart the city with ease and still make it back to our hotel stress-free. That kind of foresight and care for her guests speaks volumes. This was a wonderful way to close out our time in Bangkok. Highly recommend this tour and especially Lili for anyone looking to go beyond the surface and get a glimpse of Thailand's remarkable past.

The guides are very good and the shops in the middle of the lunch are reasonably priced. There is no special stunning thing about Love Bay. Ilan's Five Peaks Flag Falls are more humorous

Lily was our guide and she was excellent and attentive to our needs! She took us to the highlights including a drive through the park. We had flights out that evening, so we let her know that we needed to maximize our time and be back by 3:30pm to our hotel. Lily managed the time perfectly, so we saw all the key highlights. Highly recommend her as your guide to Erawan Museum and Ancient City. She even took pictures of us and delivered them via WhatsApp!

Both exhibitions provided an opportunity to experience the Thai culture and were both positive. Andre the guide was knowledgeable and client focused and we could not be happier. The Meal at the ancient city was pleasant and reflected real thai food. Overall, it was a great day.

They were on time & we were lucky we didn’t waste much time on Bangkok traffic. The tour guide was nice & helpful but his English was broken so it was tough to understand him sometimes but in general it was great trip & I highly recommend it if you have time in Bangkok. Great photo place that holds interesting architecture.
