Als klanten voor de haven kiezen, wordt de pick-up uitgevoerd voor de Picnic-bar in Molo Beverello. Als klanten het standaard ontmoetingspunt kiezen, wordt de ophaalservice uitgevoerd voor Starhotels Terminus op Garibaldi Square 91. Als klanten de naam van hun accommodatie opgeven, wordt de ophaalservice uitgevoerd bij het dichtstbijzijnde ontmoetingspunt of bij het hotel als dit op onze ophaallijst staat.

I wish I could give this tour less than 1 star. The tour started late, which was frustrating from the beginning. Once we finally got going, the guide rushed us through only a few parts of Pompeii without giving us enough time to properly appreciate the site. The most disappointing part was that we were given less than five minutes in the Antiquarium. My curious 7-year-old was especially excited to see the artifacts and learn more about Pompeii’s history, but we barely had any time there before being hurried along. For a tour that cost £150 for three people, the experience was extremely poor value for money. Ironically, after being rushed through the actual tour, we then spent around 45 minutes standing around waiting at the post-tour assembly point, which felt completely unnecessary and wasted even more of our time. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this tour company, particularly to families with children. If you’re looking for an engaging and well-paced visit to Pompeii, I would strongly suggest choosing a different operator.

Pompeii is an extraordinarily large archaeological site, and guided tours are designed to showcase its most significant highlights within the scheduled duration. For this reason, not every area can be explored in depth during a standard group visit. The Antiquarium is included as part of the route, but the time spent there may vary depending on operational requirements and the overall pace of the tour. We were met at meeting point by our guide and entry into Pompeii was effortless. She was delightful and very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and we learned so much in a very easy way. Thank you Anna 🙏
