Begin de dag met een pick-up in het centrum van Londen naar keuze in een ultramoderne 6 zits hybride Londen taxi. We reizen dan de stad uit en genieten van een unieke dagtour, die 5000 jaar geschiedenis omvat! We beginnen bij het prachtige Windsor om het koninklijk kasteel, de stad en de rivier te bekijken. Vervolgens gaan we naar de oude monumenten van Stonehenge waar we ons het dagelijks bestaan van het menselijk leven en hun rituelen voorstellen. Vervolgens de Werelderfgoedstad Bath, de kuurstad die de Romeinen 2000 jaar geleden boeide. Na een pauze voor een traditionele Britse publunch lopen we vervolgens van die calorieën af door te toeren door al het Georgiaanse architectonische moois dat Bath te bieden heeft, inclusief filmbezienswaardigheden van Bridgerton, Jane Austin, Les Miserable en Agatha Christie. Als u de originele Romeinse baden wilt bezoeken, kan dit inbegrepen zijn (extra tickets vereist). We geven je geschiedenis, verhalen, roddels en meer, terwijl we door de stad toeren voordat we terug naar Londen rijden, ontspannend door het Britse platteland luisterend naar muziek van je keuze.

We bezoeken het charmante stadje Windsor om het koninklijk kasteel, de stad en de rivier de Theems te bekijken. Stoppen voor een verfrissing en alleen foto's.
We komen aan in Stonehenge in het rustige graafschap Wiltshire, op 2 uur rijden van Centraal Londen. We beginnen met een bezoek aan het onderwijscentrum om te proberen al onze individuele vragen en theorieën te begrijpen en te beantwoorden. Daarna reizen we een klein stukje met de bus omhoog om de iconische stenen te zien die 3000 jaar voor Christus dateren. De touringcar stopt vlakbij en stelt ons in staat om rond dit oude monument te lopen en ons voor te stellen hoe het leven zo lang geleden zou zijn geweest. Veel foto's & individuele theorieën kunnen hier worden vastgelegd, het hele jaar door.
Dit is een geweldige stop tijdens de lunch voor een Britse pub ervaring. Fish n chips of bangers n puree (samen met de moderne keuken ook). Ook prima Fuller’s bieren en ales ook .. allemaal tegen redelijke prijzen.
Bezoek de werelderfgoedstad Bath. Bezoek de Romeinse baden (optioneel, tickets vereist) & zie de geweldige warmwaterbron die al eeuwen in Bath is ontstaan. Geniet van de 250 jaar oude prachtige Georgische architectuur die overal om je heen is. Zie hoe de aristocratie haar wintervakantie beleefde tijdens de dagen van het Britse Rijk. Maak een langzame wandeling door de geweldige straten en zie waarom hier historische drama's, van Jane Austin tot Bridgerton, zijn gefilmd.

If you only have a few hours in London and want to experience the city's most iconic sights, I cannot recommend a black taxi tour with Danny highly enough. We wanted an efficient way to see London's main attractions without feeling rushed, and Danny delivered an experience that exceeded every expectation. From the moment he picked us up, Danny was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. His expertise on London's history, culture, and landmarks made every stop interesting, but what really set the tour apart were the personal stories and anecdotes he shared along the way. Some of our favorite highlights included taking the classic photos at Abbey Road, visiting an amazing hat shop that we never would have discovered on our own. Danny also knew all the best places for photos and happily took fantastic pictures of our family throughout the tour. To top it all off, he texted every photo to us that same evening, which was such a thoughtful touch. If you are looking for a personalized, informative, and enjoyable way to experience London, Danny is the guide you want. His professionalism, local knowledge, and genuine care for his guests made this one of the highlights of our trip.

Very friendly and knowledgeable driver. We really enjoyed the whole experience. We were happy we drove by and got pictures of Windsor Castle. We had a personalized tour of Stonehenge. After we toured the Bath, then we had a personalized tour of the city of Bath. It was a great day

We did a few different trips with Barry, and they were all excellent. This one was no exception. Barry took us to Stonehenge, where he led us around and was very knowledgeable about the history and was able to answer all of our questions. Similarly in Bath, it was amazing to have a guide who knew his way around and was able to give us both firsthand and historical knowledge about the town and area. He took us to Bridgerton filming locations and fun places around the city we never would have seen if Barry hadn’t guided us. It was a great day and definitely worth it!
