Het stadhuis van Stockholm is te zien vanaf de dijken en bruggen van de Gamla Stan. De elegante bakstenen structuur verscheen in het begin van de 20e eeuw aan het spit van het eiland Kungsholmen. Het stadhuis is een locatie voor het Nobelprijsbanket en het symbool van Stockholm.
Gamla Stan is de oude binnenstad van Stockholm, gelegen op het eiland Stadsholmen. Dit is het oudste deel van de stad, daterend uit de 13e eeuw, dus Gamla Stan is een labyrint van de charmante smalle straatjes met oude huizen, talloze restaurants en souvenirwinkels.
Het koninklijk paleis bevindt zich op de plek van het Kronor-kasteel - het eerste gebouw van Stockholm. Het is de residentie van de huidige koning van Zweden en zijn familie. Dagelijkse ceremonie van de wisseling van de wacht wordt georganiseerd om 12.00 uur in de buitenste binnenplaats van het paleis.
Het Koninklijk Dramatisch Theater is het nationale toneel van Zweden voor "gesproken drama", opgericht in 1788. Jaarlijks worden er ongeveer duizend shows gegeven op de acht lopende podia van het theater. Het theater bevindt zich aan de spectaculaire dijk, niet ver van Djurgården.
Gröna Lund in Stockholm is het grootste pretpark van Zweden, gelegen aan zee in het prachtige Djurgården.
Het grote openluchtmuseum Skansen op het eiland Djurgården aan de rand van het centrum van de Zweedse hoofdstad Stockholm is het oudste openluchtmuseum ter wereld en tevens de thuisbasis van de dierentuin van Stockholm.
Sergels Torg, een groot plein in het centrum van Stockholm, werd gecreëerd tijdens de modernisering van het stadscentrum in het midden van de twintigste eeuw. De zielloze straten en gebouwen staan in schril contrast met de charme van de oude stad.
Fjällgatan op Södermalm biedt het mooiste uitzicht op Stockholm. Vanaf hier ziet u Gamla Stan, het Skeppsholmen-museum en het eiland Djurgarden, de meest bezochte toeristische bestemming in Stockholm.
De eerste permanente ijsbar ter wereld, gemaakt van ijs van het wereldberoemde Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi, Lapland. Alles behalve de vloeistoffen in de drankjes is gemaakt van ijs en de temperatuur wordt constant op 23 graden Fahrenheit gehouden.

The rooms are soo clean ......i loved my stay
This is probably a bit of a novelty but certainly worth a one off visit. The Ice Bar is kept at a constant -5 degrees and everything in it is made of ice. The staff were very helpful in providing and making sure I wore protective gloves and a cape which were sufficient to keep me comfortable against the cold. The ice bar is quite small and as such limits the number of people allowed access at any one time. There are ice sculptures inside which have a change of theme annually. Everyone receives a free cocktail served in a glass made of ice. I chose the Ragnarok cocktail which proved a good choice.
I was treated rather badly i sat on a metal chair which collapsed, this happened on Tuesday 21st April, I was left lying on the concrete floor whilst my wife tried to raise some help, but as usual no one was on the desk, we finally managed to get me indoors , my wife then went to reception to explain but they were very inattentive , their only offer seemed very begrudged do you want to see the manager, i have a picture of the broken chair i was left with grazed knees and elbows a severe bruised ribs, I pulled the muscle in my kneck, I have to return to the hospital after they have examined xrays and scans, I was left extremely stressed as I have osteoporosis and a brain tumour, I loved cricket st Thomas but feel unable to return
Boston Tavern in West Bridgewater was a really bad . We waited 35 minutes and nobody came to how table not even to offer water. When I complained the waitress Lisa came to the table and was very disrespectful. What was really upsetting is she immedicably took in a table that came in right away and sat in booth in front of us, And she lied and said she had told she see us in a minutes which is not true we were there for 35 minutes no service. WE left and will never return and I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of this place. We were there to celebrate my B D. Horrible experience.
Absolutely fantastic place to visit, My first time here. The drink I got was amazing and how cool is the ice the actually put it in is nice. Provided with a jacket & gloves as it’s very cold. A place I will always remember
I recently had a wonderful opportunity to relax at the resort "Ocean El Faro , El Beso adult only " . We were given a room #10202 in which the sewage system did not work well, we contacted the reception, the manager himself named Carlos took care of us, he showed obvious respect for us and demonstrated his high professionalism, they changed our room to room #12311, and offered better conditions, namely the first building from the ocean and a luxury room with two jacuzzis and an open veranda on the roof with a beautiful view of the ocean. I want to once again express my gratitude to the manager Carlos (I am very, I do not know his full name) for his high professionalism and sensitive attitude. I would like to note the rich selection of food at the buffet of this resort and the sincere desire of all the staff of the buffet and restaurants to do everything possible to create an excellent atmosphere. cafe "Mike's" - girl you are AWESOME !!! I want to note that I had an excellent vacation in this resort. Thank you MUCHAS GRACIAS!!! Ben H
A lot to see and you get an insight into Stockholm and historical wings. Nice with all the new drinks they had. Really recommended
I went to buccaneer Beach bar and I ordered a strawberry piña colada. The bartender has some gifted hands because I was so tired and then once I took a sip of that drink woke me up shout out to Malala with the gifted hand, the one and only beautiful yes and I’m definitely coming back. It was worth it.
Very small bar and very expensive for what you know. Payment only by credit card. 25 euros entry per adult and 15 euros entry per child for a drink but small drink.
We had the best safari 3days in Amboseli with our drive Joshua Ayiecho and i really loved the coordination from the main office from Alvin and Owen. If you want to have a great experience make sure you visit African vultures safaris website you will not regreat.
