The transfer was for pickup at the Langkawi Airport to the Berjaya Resort and return four days later. The driver was on time at the airport, the vehicle was in good condition, so we were originally very happy with the experience. This was all ruined when we waited at the Berjaya Resort for the return transfer to the Airport which never arrived. The costs are also out of proportion with local rates.

Our return transfer was conveniently “forgotten” and I had to makes calls and messages to get them to turn up. This transfer cost a lot more than a local taxi or grab and the extra stress it caused was awful. Do yourself a favour and don’t book them. They even gave us confirmation pick up time. Was very stressful travelling as a family with two small children.

Good clean vehicle, lots of room with just the 2 of us, air conditioned & given water. Only short coming, made for short people so no room for legs.
I booked a return trip from the airport to the resort and all went well.Easy and economical.The mini van was clean and it gave the appearance of being a professional business.
