Rayhan Raj Naidu was an excellent driver and we arrived at our hotel quickly. The car was clean and the driver was courteous. It was fun to listen to 80s music!

I had booked return private airport transfers with this company. Our flight was delayed twice so nearly 3 hours late I had contacted them prior as no idea when we would be arriving but they still waited for us at the airport was worried no one would be there just amazing service our driver Mr Dhevan was good gave us lots of tips and were to go, I had not booked the return yet with them, but after that service booked our return for early morning and got the same drive again on time and very helpful

My return trip to the airport ….. was chaos. I had to REMIND VIATOR about my trip 3 hours before the time. I had to speak to 3 different agents, before my booking reference BR-1013726443 was recognized. Then VIATOR argued with me : how I should pay them !!! But I already paid BOTH TRIPS months ago !!! After the taxi dropped me off at the airport - the driver argued for 10 minutes with me ….. about how I must pay him !!! I had to search for old emails …. to PROVE TO HIM : that I paid both trips months ago. It was traumatic.

I arrived at the airport and the driver was no where to be seen. This has happens in the Phillipines and now KL. Cost me 130 dollars from airport to hotel on top of what’s already been paid. This company is hopeless and I would never recommend them ever. I travel worldwide on business and pay top dollar for a professional service not a 2 star company.
Arrived at the airport. There was no driver waiting holding a nameplate at the location designated for all the limo service as is stated on the Viator website. Although saying that I did get a message from the tour agency two days prior letting me know where the pick-up would be ( Arrival hall door 7). That would have been acceptable but on the day the driver was waiting one floor down at the door 3. A totally different area. I was left wondering for a good 45 mins if i had any transportation. It further cause me more expenses using international roaming to search for a contact number to call. It was only by chance then that i got a call from the driver while being online. I just hope my return transport to the airport will be much better.
Both ways it was fine, on time and without any problem. It was easy to spot the drier at the airport. On the way back, the driver nat us in the hotel lobby
Airport to KL hotel was good. Return journey to KL airport today was bad. Poor and dangerous driving. Too fast. Had to shout at driver to slow down. Old cat with poor lights. Not safe. Don’t use this company if you value safety
