Ontmoet uw chauffeur bij de aankomstterminal na het inklaren van de douane. Ze staan met een bordje met jouw naam en dragen een crèmekleurig uniform met het Wix Tours logo. Als u uw chauffeur niet kunt vinden omdat het druk is in het gebied, vraag dan een medewerker of vertegenwoordiger van de luchthaven. Zij wijzen u graag in de goede richting. Bij het maken van uw reservering is het belangrijk om uw vertrekvluchtinformatie op te nemen, waaronder de naam van de luchtvaartmaatschappij, het vluchtnummer en de vertrektijd. Dit stelt ons in staat om uw terughaaltijd te plannen volgens de check-in vereisten van de Homeland Border Control. Houd er rekening mee dat het inchecken voor vluchten met bestemming VS 3 uur voor vertrek blijft. Uw chauffeur zal u een ticket verstrekken waarop uw ophaaltijd voor de terugweg staat. Als leden van uw groep op verschillende vluchten aankomen of vertrekken, stuur ons dan alle luchtvaartmaatschappij- en vluchtgegevens om extra kosten te voorkomen. Als u vertragingen of problemen ondervindt in de terminal, stuur ons dan een sms of WhatsApp-bericht.

- Extra grote of overtollige bagage (elke persoon mag één grote tas meenemen, bijvoorbeeld surfplanken, golfclubs of fietsen) wordt alleen vervoerd naar goeddunken van de touroperator en er kan een toeslag aan verbonden zijn. We used Wix Tours for our roundtrip airport transfers during our Aruba vacation, and the experience was outstanding. Communication was clear and professional before our arrival, and our driver was waiting for us as promised. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, which was much appreciated after traveling. Both our arrival and departure transfers were punctual, smooth, and stress-free. The drivers were friendly, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. It was a great way to begin and end our trip to Aruba. For this to be a private ride, service was horrible. The car arrived dirty. My name was spelled wrong, even though it’s in my email and my reservation. They didn’t offer any water or anything. Driver was cool. Then my return ride the guy came they said, but never called me or told me he was outside. Then got a message he left and no refund

Your driver, Leon, reported to the office that when he dropped you off at the hotel, he was under the impression that everything had gone well. He also provided you with your return ticket, including your pickup time of 8:45 AM on May 21. Leon was also the same driver who picked you up upon your arrival in Aruba, so he was familiar with you. Today, Leon arrived at the Hyatt at approximately 8:40 AM. At 8:50 AM, he walked around the lobby looking for you, but unfortunately, you were nowhere in sight. He waited until 9:10 AM — approximately 25 minutes past the scheduled pickup time — before leaving for his next assignment. At 9:28 AM, we received your text message stating that the driver should have called your telephone. Unfortunately, our drivers are not permitted to make long-distance phone calls. We are therefore a bit surprised by your complaint regarding the vehicle and overall service. All of our vehicles are late-model, cleaned, and washed daily. While you mentioned that the driver was “cool,” your review described the service as “horrible,” and we would appreciate more specific details regarding your concerns. We always strive to provide excellent service

For the past 7 years we have been visiting Aruba and using Wix Airport Transfer Service. This year our driver was Ruben. During our transfer Ruben assisted us with luggage, answered all of our questions and pointed sights of interest along our route. Wix drivers are always on time and very courteous. Excellent company to work with.
