Excellent airport transfer service! The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and the journey was smooth from start to finish. Friendly driver, poor experience. We stated in our booking we only had carry on luggage. We exited, went through immigration and driver was no where to be found. 10-15 minutes later, he showed up. Driving wasn’t as smooth either. Overall I wouldn’t book again.

Before addressing your comments, it’s important to clarify that after completing the full transfer, you submitted a request for a 100% refund claiming that you had “rescheduled the booking” and therefore had not used the service. As the trip was fully delivered, we had to decline the request, and with that context, this review isn’t entirely unexpected. Regarding the actual service: Your flight landed 9 minutes earlier than scheduled. At that moment, our driver was already returning to the airport from a previous transfer, and he still managed to reach you promptly. Since you were travelling with carry-on luggage only, you exited arrivals quite fast. The driver called you immediately, directed you to the designated meeting point at Starbucks, and met you there without any delay. The pickup and journey were smooth and friendly. You mentioned you were heading to a wine experience, and the driver even shared local recommendations along the way. We remain committed to transparent and reliable service, our other reviews speak for themselves.
All perfect from meeting to dropping off. No waiting and no hassle. That’s all we needed after a long trip with our 2 kids and luggage. Thank you for the excellent service!

Driver was helpful in loading luggage into van. Van in excellent condition and comfortable. Drive spoke excellent English. Arrived early at hotel ans was an easy way to get to airport

Although our flight arrived over an hour late and it took forever to get our checked luggage, our driver was right at the arrival area. The car was comfortably and he drove well. It made a relaxing way to travel from the airport to our hotel. Would definitely use again.

We had a great driver pick us up from the Campanha train station and take us to the Airport. We asked for a car seat, which he had installed and ready to go. He was easy to find and the walk to the vehicle was short. Easy communication and booking process as well!

Really wonderful to see the sign with my name on it as we came out of the baggage area in Porto, Portugal. It had been some very long flights and lay overs to get there so we felt nothing would feel better than to be driven directly to our hotel. Better than that was our super friendly & knowledgeable driver, Diego (sp?) who gave us so many interesting details about Porto to start our adventure there. We highly recommend this service!
