Booking made through the app, but the driver got the wrong address, which prevented us from arriving on time. We asked for a refund or a change of date, but everything was refused. No understanding, very disappointing Service.

Unfortunately, the tour began as scheduled, and once the group had entered Park Güell, it was no longer possible to join. As mentioned in our previous communication, the tickets for this tour are non-refundable and issued as group tickets, which means they cannot be used or reissued individually. This policy is clearly stated on the booking page before completing the reservation. We completely understand how disappointing this situation must have been, but we must follow the conditions set by the attraction and our cancellation policy. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and hope to have the chance to welcome you on another tour in the future under better circumstances.
All in all a very nice tour with lots of information about the Sagrada family and the Gothic quarter.
