Mike was very punctual- he arrived earlier at the airport and was waiting for us. He was very gentle and the car was comfortable. Great service!

Our driver communicated with me the day before pick up. He was there on time. Since we accumulated more bags than when we arrived on our trip we had a tighter squeeze for the 5 of us. We appreciated our driver’s patience and willingness to get all our luggage inside without issues.

Despite we had 6 hour to reach the airport we could book the transfer. Driver came on time and it took around one hour to reach the Narita airport. Very smooth and definitely recommend the tour
