Deze privéwandeling van 4 uur met een ervaren Engelssprekende en erkende gids is een fantastische en efficiënte manier om Omiya Bonsai Village te verkennen! De wijk Omiya in Saitama, gelegen in het noorden van Tokio en binnen 1 uur met de trein bereikbaar, staat al lang bekend om zijn bonsai. Bonsai Village is een gebied met zes bonsaituinen waar veel van de pioniers in de bonsaiwereld ongeveer 100 jaar geleden naartoe zijn verhuisd. U kunt uw rondleiding rechtstreeks bij de gids aanpassen nadat u uw reservering heeft geplaatst.

Je ontmoet je gids in je hotel of gewenste plek in Tokio en je gids brengt je na de tour terug naar Tokio. Het duurt ongeveer 1 uur van Tokio naar het Omiya Bonsai District, het is een retour van 2 uur.
Het Bonsai-mura of bonsaidorp is een deel van de stad Saitama, waar veel van de pioniers in de wereld van bonsai ongeveer 100 jaar geleden naartoe verhuisden. Er zijn zes vooraanstaande tuinen in de omgeving met rijen en rijen bonsaiboompjes in pot. Sommige te koop, andere als kunstwerken om te bewonderen.
※Dit museum is gesloten voor vernieuwing van 5 november 2024 tot 20 maart 2025. Het Omiya Bonsai Art Museum ligt aan de rand van het Omiya Bonsai Village. Het museum is logisch ingedeeld, met de eerste hal geeft u een overzicht van de bonsai geschiedenis, het gebruik, en welke aspecten van de bomen te bewonderen. Een wandeling door deze hal geeft je alles wat je nodig hebt om de rijkdom aan bonsaibomen te waarderen die in de grote tuin wachten.

Deze privétour is een wandeldagtocht. Een privévoertuig is niet inbegrepen. Openbaar vervoer of lokale taxi's kunnen worden gebruikt om van locatie te wisselen. De exacte transportkosten kunnen met de gids worden besproken nadat een reservering is afgerond. Houd Japanse Yen bij de hand voor uw transportkosten.

Great tour with a very knowlegable and friendly guide. To our positive surprise she spoke also german additional to english. We had a really good time.
Miyuki-san was very knowlegdable and friendly, it was a great half-day trip. If you like Bonsai, do not miss it!
This tour is perfect for anyone who is interested in bonsai and wants to see the place bonsai basically got started as a craft and art in Japan. Kahori met us at our hotel and helped us navigate public transportation to Omiya Village. She is very knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. We joked a lot! She went out of her way to call a bonsai garden she was not familiar with to see if it was open to the public. She also gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit during our stay in Tokyo. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

My husband, son, and his family enjoyed this tour of the bonsai village today. Kahori was a friendly and helpful tour guide and showed us many interesting species of bonsai at the museum and 4 other private gardens. She also helped us understand elements of Japanese architecture and different styles of bonsai. She was understanding when our trip was delayed and accommodated us by meeting at a later time. My husband is a bonsai enthusiast and was particularly impressed, and the tour inspired our grandson to take a further interest in bonsai too. I highly recommend it. Also, the Omiya area is lovely, especially in autumn!

Great tour of the Bonsai Museum and numerous Bonsai Nurseries in this unique and historic area. Kahori was a very knowledgeable and patient guide. She even taught us how to make Oragami sculptures on the train. Great tour for plant lovers, gardeners and nature lovers.

Great tour to Omiya bonsai museum and around some bonsai nurseries . Our guide Taku helped us navigate the trains and took us easily around we would have been lost otherwise . He was very friendly

Fantastic tour from start to finish with wonderful Miyuki. She guided us from our hotel to the village on the excellent rail line and then guided us around the museum and several nurseries. We learned so much more than we would have on our own about the history of the village and how bonsai are created and nurtured. She pointed out rare and unusual specimens in the private nurseries. Her English is excellent and she was so pleasant and personable. She went above and beyond. So much fun. The tour was a highlight of our trip.
