From the moment we met Leon, we felt like we were spending the day with family, not just a tour guide. This private Montego Bay highlight tour was everything we hoped for and more. Leon is not only knowledgeable but also an incredible storyteller. He brought Jamaica’s history and culture to life in such a warm and engaging way. We got to experience so much .. the local food, rich culture, hidden gems, and authentic stories that made us fall even more in love with the island. It wasn’t rushed or touristy it was personal, real, and absolutely unforgettable it was definitely what we asked for and more! If you’re looking for a tour that goes beyond the surface and gives you the heart and soul of Jamaica, this is it. Thank you, Leon, for an amazing day. The private tour of Montego Bay by Mr. Leon began with our pick up from Ocean Coral Springs was absolutely amazing and exactly what we had hoped for. We experienced the history and life of Montego Bay, it's people, spirited life and traditions. Mr. Leon loves his native island Jamaica and is very proud and knowledgeable of the culture, kindness and hospitality that it has to offer as he eloquently presented. We stayed at Ocean Eden and had the pleasure of receiving transport service from Nigel and Leon. Two great professionals who are well knowledgeable and make you feel safe and comfortable . Leon was amazing! We inquired about a tour of local sites and he had no problem getting us in for the tour the same day. He is full of knowledge about the area, ranging from history to food and current events. He was very kind and upbeat each of the 3 times he was our driver. I highly recommend him as a tour guide and will book with him again when I return.

I booked this tour at the last minute (the night before) and Leon was still able to accommodate my mother and I. Our guide was Nigel and he was very knowledgeable about the Montego Bay Area - including local fruits, the economy, architecture and landscaping. We were able to stop anywhere we wanted. I wish we were more prepared to tell him where to stop - I think it would have made the experience even better. I was under the impression that we would be able to visit the Rose Hall, but it was closed. I didn’t see that in the description but it could have been an oversight on my part. Of note, because the tour is for Montego Bay and we were located in Trelawny we were asked to pay extra for gas. This wasn’t an issue at all just an FYI for future travelers. Overall Nigel provided a great experience! My mom and I got to eat fresh fruit, visit downtown Montego Bay with locals, buy fruit off the street, see the Hip Strip and eat oxtails with locals at a local restaurant.
