AANKOMST – OPHALEN VAN DE LUCHTHAVEN Ophalen op de luchthaven gebeurt aan de buitenkant. Nadat u de immigratie- en douaneprocedure heeft doorlopen, gaat u naar buiten, naar de aankomsthal. Gebruik de eerste deur rechts bij de informatiebalie om de terminal te verlaten. Eenmaal buiten slaat u rechtsaf en loopt u richting het toilet. Onze begroeter staat achter de barricade en houdt een bord vast met de tekst EILANDOVERDRACHT EN TOURS (zoek niet naar uw naam). Zodra u de begroeter heeft geïdentificeerd, presenteert u hem uw ticket en zal hij u naar uw rit begeleiden. VERTREK/RETOUR TRANSFER-HOTEL OPHALEN Je wordt opgehaald bij het hotel 3 uur vóór de vertrektijd die je bij je reservering hebt opgegeven. Er wordt via uw reservering een bericht verzonden met uw exacte ophaaltijd. Op uw vertrekdatum dient u minimaal 10 minuten voor dit tijdstip uit te checken en gereed te zijn. Ontmoet uw chauffeur bij de ingang van de hoofdlobby, zoals gespecificeerd op uw reservering. Chauffeurs kunnen slechts 10 minuten wachten na de aangegeven ophaaltijd.

They were on time to pick us up, drove us safely, and they were on time to drive us to our second resort. Knowledgable drivers that even gave us mini tours as they described things we drove past. Vans were clean and comfortable. Drivers were good.

My family of ten (six adults and four children ages 6-9) were picked up promptly upon our arrival into Montego Bay and our private transfer was very punctual with our return pickup and airport drop off from our resort. Our SouthWest flights changed months prior to our arrival and there were no issues updating our reservation. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience thanks to Mr Lawrence. He waited for us over 2 hrs when our flight got delayed and also immigration took forever! He is very friendly, welcoming and a thorough gentleman. He told us so much about the things as we passed through the city and that made our trip to the resort much more bearable after a not so great flight and immigration experience. We had him again when we headed back to the airport and received same excellent service. I congratulate Island Transfer and Tours on being great at communicating and following the time and can't recommend them enough!

Byron was the BEST driver! Shared history of Jamaica and current happenings. Taught us "Ya Man"-so important to live in Jamaica even for a few days! Kind , courteous, friendly and on time! Our return driver, sadly I cannot recall his name, was terrific. Showed us new building in the area to enhance the tourism for Jamaica. Again, kind, courteous, friendly and on time! You wont go wrong with Island Transfer.

First rate transfer - clean, well maintained vehicle. Very nice drivers, friendly & knowledgeable. Drove very safely & calmly. Got us to our resort long before the actual shuttle. We had only booked 1 way, but decided this transfer was so nice, that we opted to use them again, rather than the free shuttle. And, we got to leave the resort 1 hour later than if we had used the shuttle. Also, the price was very reasonable & cheaper than a lot of other private transfer companies.

We were wondering what the best way to get to Melia Braco Village is. We booked this roundtrip transfer on their website and it worked out great! We looked for the Island Transfer sign when we got outside. There was a lady there holding it, not a very big sign. She directed us to a guy who had our name on the list. We waited about ten minutes (which was fine because we got a drink) and we were on our way. Our driver was pleasant, played music, told us a little bit about the island. Dropped us off, carried our bags. No wait. Upon departure, they were waiting for us about ten minutes early at the front of the resort. Absolutely no hassle or worries!! :) Thank you! $110 round trip for 2!
We were picked up at Montego Bay (Mobay) Sanders airport to Holiday Inn Montego Bay. On time service, KJ was our driver...very helpful, pleasant and shared his knowledge of the area. One tip. As soon as you exit the airport after customs, make a right turn and exit through the doors on the right. This is where the public taxis are waiting. We went straight out after customs, used the exit doors straight in front of us, and those are for tour bus pick up and not taxis. Make sure to exit on the right for taxi pick up. We had booked round trip service, on time pick up for our return ride. Comfortable and safe car seat also provided for our 4yr old. Thanks!
