Wanneer u op de luchthaven van Cancun aankomt en nadat u uw bagage heeft opgehaald, moet u via de deur van transportbedrijven en reisbureaus naar buiten gaan. Wij nemen per sms contact met u op met contactinstructies. Het zou zeer nuttig zijn als u op het bericht zou reageren waarin u ons informeert wanneer u de filters al bent gepasseerd, zodat we uw chauffeur kunnen vragen om met een lolly met uw naam op u te wachten in de welkomstbalk die overeenkomt met de terminal waar uw vlucht aankomt.

Waited for almost 2 hours for the limo from Conece de Tuyo to show up at the airport. We called the limo service several times and could not get ahold of anyone. We also called Viator at least twice. Noone answered on the first attempt. On the last attempt, the tour operator also tried to call the limo service and couldn't get anyone. We advised Viator that we would seek a refund. They indicated it would take at least 72 hours to "research the problem." We took another limo from the airport and, 72 hours later, we haven't heard from them so I will be making a phone call to the credit card company. Yes... this will appear on Facebook, Trip Advisor, and Yelp.
Dear Mr Pierce.We are very sorry we failed to provide the transportation service from the Cancun Airpot to the Paraiso de la Bonita. In accordance with the flight details on your reservation on Viator, the service was an arrival service, not a departure, however the flight information stated you would be flying on AA1192 which is a flight that leaves from Cancún towards Charlotte (CLT) as you can see: Departure Flight No : 1192 Departure Date : 12/9/2025 Departure Airline : American Airlines Pick up Location : Paraiso de la Bonita resort in Porto Morelos. Departure Time : 17:14 We did attempt to contact you via text message and WhatsApp (US+1 8166163031) on Tuesday, November 25th, requesting that you provide the correct arrival flight information as in the special requirements you stated that this was an arrival, not a departure... Regrettably, we had a problem with our main telephone line and didn't realize you never received the WhatsApp messages, also we could not attend your calls on Tuesday, December 2nd.. We did receive a refund request from Viator that day and we replied that we already had issued the full refund so you should have received it.. we try to send you the print screens that show that the refund was issued that same day, but you don't use WhatsApp.. We are working to make sure this doesn´t happen again.. As a compensation, we offer you a complimentary luxury transportation on your way back if you are still in resort or on your next vacation with no time limit. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
On-time! Pick up and return from Cancun airport and back. Clean nice cars with a lot of room. I gave the wrong address and they fixed it before the pick and let me know.

Driver wasn't waiting at airport for us with a sign bearing my name. Very disappointing. Wasn't our fault that it took 30 minutes for luggage to come on the belt. Should have waited for us.
Dear Mr Ellis, thank you for your feedback.. as per our current procedures, when we see that our customers haven't come out of the terminal more than one hour after the plane has landed, we call the customers cellphone that are in the reservation.. as you mentioned when we finally got to talk to you, you had left the plane mode so you didn't receive any of our calls. Even when the person was not there, we had the option to call you directly to your phone. Fortunately, service was provided and an upgrade to a Mercedes granted.. thank you very much for your preference and see you tomorrow at 12 hrs at the lobby of the MargaritaVille Island Reserve.. Flight arrived 20 minutes early. Good communication with the operator and the driver Miguel A. Martin Balam was there shortly thereafter. Plenty of cerveza’s and other cocktails for the one way ride to Puerto Morelos.

I booked with them and I arrived and didn’t have my luxury Transportation for my birthday. I was very upset! I wasn’t able to get anyone to answer the phone. I had another guy call for me to help me and he was able to get someone. They sent me a van which I wasn’t happy about. They should have refunded me for the suv but Instead refunded the difference for the van. Good customer should have refunded me the total charge. I’m a travel agent and I will not book with them again.

We tried to get you an SUV but none was available at the time.. so we ended up offering you a regular van and the refund on the difference and the return will be provided on a SUV which you agreed to.
