Als u problemen ondervindt bij het vinden van de locatie, vraag dan iemand om u te laten zien waar het autoverhuurkantoor van Sixt is.) Als u de chauffeur om welke reden dan ook niet ziet, bel dan en een telefoniste zal u helpen. Vertrek: Ophalen bij het hotel, Uw chauffeur ontmoet u in de lobby van het hotel. This is our forth time to Jamaica and 3rd time using Viator. Navar with Ultimate Excursions, Tours and Taxi Service communicated everything in advance via text, email and called the day before. We even had a delayed flight and he was so helpful and accommodating. Pickup to and from the airport was seamless and our driver Michael was AMAZING best driver we have had so far! Navar and his employees are truly amazing! He stayed in contact with me from the moment I booked. He checked in with me constantly throughout my trip. His driver Shamoy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service was Superb!!!! From the time of booking someone reaches out to you with all the information needed to enter the island, confirm flight info, and checks in to make sure everything is good as scheduled. As we got out the airport our driver was waiting for us with our name on a sign. His greeting was very welcoming and warm. He even rolled my bags to the vehicle. On the way to the resort Gregory gave us a good history of the area and towns we past. He even suggested some activities for us to do while in Ochi. The transfer was smooth, insightful and full of vibes. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Excursions as a great and safe transfer for all your needs.
