When I booked this, I included free-text with regards to requested pick-up time and a requested car seat. I later messaged on the Viator booking platform to change my requested time. The service provider was quick to reply - which was greatly appreciated. However, when I messaged again day-of to let them know we were ready outside the agreed pick-up location and to please remember to send a driver with the car seat, the provider sent an abrupt message saying that we should have requested this earlier (even though it had been requested on my end) and cancelled the booking with no further communication. I tried calling 3 numbers that I had on file for the provider: 1 was out of service, 1 had no answer, and the 3rd someone picked up then disconnected and then did not pick up again. This provider literally left us standing on the street. A small refund was provided ($16 out of a total of $169 paid) but I still truly felt like the provider was highly unprofessional with poor communication.

Cependant, nous avons appelé sur votre numéro pour vous informer que votre transfère n’était pas adapté au véhicule au vue de vos bagages : 4 valises soutes, 4 valises cabines, cela ne rentre pas dans un véhicule. Nous vous avons proposé d’annuler votre transfère et de commander un van via la plate-forme Viator chose que vous n’avez pas faite. Nous ne laissons aucun passager sur le bord de la route est encore moins avec un enfant, nous avons des sièges auto dans tous nos véhicules sans demande du client. Encore une fois nous sommes désolé pour ce mal entendu. Bien cordialement.
Very disappointed!! Driver didn’t show up and left us to find an Uber. Not happy at all. Still being investigated, so no refund offered at this point!!!

Pourriez-vous contacter Viator pour l’étoile que vous nous mettez car cela nous impacte grandement car nous sommes au service de nos clients ici à Paris . We were able to schedule a pickup time from hotel and get to the airport without issues. Driver texted schedule confirmation and dropped us off at departure terminal.
Thank you for a no hassle commute from airport to hotel. Driver was texting and waiting for us at 2E luggage pickup exit. Much appreciated without having to look for pick up location after a long flight.
