Very disappointed!! Driver didn’t show up and left us to find an Uber. Not happy at all. Still being investigated, so no refund offered at this point!!!

We were able to schedule a pickup time from hotel and get to the airport without issues. Driver texted schedule confirmation and dropped us off at departure terminal.
